Villa Graviera is a stunning and newly completed three-bedroom villa sleeping up to six guests. This wonderful new addition to the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort is the epitome of cool, Cypriot design, just a stone’s throw on foot from the village square and award- winning golf course. Splendidly perched in an elevated hilltop position, peering across unfettered undergrowth towards the ravine. Uninterrupted, azure, seascape vistas marvel and can be enjoyed from virtually every aspect.
Designed with an inordinate amount of private space both inside and out, this wonderful new, luxury, villa takes its inspiration from traditional Cypriot architecture, blending naturally with its surroundings. Inside, the open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen have been artfully paired with minimal, comfortable furnishings and chic fittings. The décor is soft and neutral creating a sophisticated and tasteful ambience, while providing every creature comfort one could wish for. Whitewashed walls and high ceilings combine to provide a feeling of light throughout, while lengthy windows imbibe the beautiful scenery. Upstairs, no compromise has been made and a good night’s sleep is guaranteed. The large master bedroom with enormous king size bed benefits from a spacious en-suite and large balcony with glorious views out to sea and across the tumbling terrain. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent bath and shower room, both are equally elegant.
Outside, the large and inviting private pool takes centre stage while a covered veranda stretches the length of the villa. Practically, this space provides some much-needed respite from the intense summer glare, kick back in a cosy corner with a good book or raise a glass in the alfresco dining area while listening to the soothing hum of cicadas.

The ‘Aphrodite Hills Holiday Residence- Kids Club’ is not to be missed and is a fantastic way for the children to socialise. There is a large array of activities on offer, including learning how to care for the environment through making arts and crafts with recycled materials, mastering Cypriot Cuisine in a Junior Master Chef Challenge, and visiting the mini spa for an afternoon of face painting.
