Sitting on the outskirts of a prestigious, recently developed area. Villa Kypros is a new home which stands out for its commitment to luxury and meticulous attention to detail, this property has been carefully designed to capture the panoramic beauty of the nearby Mediterranean Sea.
Elegance seamlessly intertwines with opulence in this contemporary villa, adorned with modern furnishings that exude comfort. Soft fabrics and earthy colours create a refined ambience throughout.
On the ground floor, you will find the exquisitely furnished living area with a corner sofa and a chic armchair. A flat-screen TV sits by the feature fireplace, so you can get cosy and watch a film together. The adjacent dining area features a hardwood table with 10 modern chairs, positioned by French doors that offer unobstructed views of the sea and the coastal skyline. The fully-fitted kitchen, with dark marble worktops and splashbacks, is equipped with all modern conveniences, so the keen cook will have everything they need on hand.
The first of the home’s bedrooms is also set on this floor and has access out onto the garden as well as a chic en-suite bathroom. A marble staircase ascends to the first floor, unveiling three more bedrooms and expansive sea views. The master bedroom is generously appointed with modern furnishings, a king-size bed, shuttered French doors leading to the balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bath and a separate shower. The hallway leads to two additional en-suite rooms which can be set up as twin or double rooms depending on your needs.
The final bedroom is on the lower ground floor and is a large double room with an en-suite bathroom. This floor also boasts a large utility and laundry area.
Outside, the spacious terrace maximizes the stunning sea views. An outdoor barbecue area with a sink is perfect for al-fresco dining, complemented by a shaded outdoor dining area. Comfortable armchairs, sunbeds, and tables are strategically placed throughout the terrace and poolside, inviting you to sit back and relax. The property is further enhanced by an incredible infinity swimming pool.
Guests staying at Villa Kypros have access to a fantastic range of facilities within the nearby luxury resort. These include restaurants, a well-equipped spa and a golf course. When you wish to head out and see more of the island, you are able to drive to the coast with ease or visit Bonamare Beach which is 14km away. The sights and sounds of Paphos are also close by at just 20km away.
