Modern Louis Kalamies Luxury Villas couldn’t get any closer to the beach if they tried. The family-friendly complex of fourteen three-bedroom villas is a stone’s throw on the famous sandy coast of Protaras, eastern Cyprus. Cool off in your private swimming pool, soak up the sun on your cushioned lounger or make the short 2-minute stroll to the shores of Kalamies beach where you can swim in the calm Mediterranean sea or relax on the soft sand. There’s also a restaurant here, as well as the picture-worthy chapel of Agios Nikolaos with its classic whitewashed walls and vibrant blue features.
The villas are spread over two spacious floors and can comfortably sleep up to six people. On the ground floor, there’s a living room, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The style is contemporary with natural-coloured furnishings, adorned in pops of blue to pick up on the vibrant hues of the sky and the sea. Amenities for a home-from-home stay include a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, microwave, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Upstairs, you’ll find the stylish master bedroom with its own bathroom (perfect for mum and dad), as well as two twin rooms and a shared shower room. Handy extra features include pool towels, slippers and a hairdryer.
When you head off exploring the beautiful local surrounds, you can feel content in the knowledge that your small valuables are secure in the laptop-sized safety box. Must-see sights include Fig Tree Bay, with its old lone fig tree and the exciting excavated Hellenistic tombs in the area. Channel your history buff at the limestone Church of Profitis Ilia, get back in nature on the famous trail that leads to Konnos beach or visit Cape Greco National Forest Park with protected pine forests. When you get back from your action-packed day, your private car parking space and cooling air conditioning await.

Coming from Larnaca Airport? No worries. It’s a short 45-minute drive to the villa.
