The purpose-built resort of Protaras offers visitors beautiful beaches that hug the rugged coastline, many of these beaches have Blue Flag status meaning they are clean and safe for the whole family. A range of bars and restaurants can be found along the main street. Among the most popular beaches are Konnos Bay and Fig Tree Bay, here a range of watersports can be found and there is a fun little island people can swim out too.

For those looking for a more lively trip, the popular resort of Ayia Napa is just a 10-minute car journey away.
