Mornings here are a joy, especially when enjoyed at the breakfast bar with a plate of fresh French toast and a glass of orange juice. For more substantial meals, the dining area comfortably seats everyone, making it easy to gather for conversation and home-cooked meals.
The open plan living and dining area exudes a homely charm, complemented by a selection of island artwork that adds to the calming atmosphere. A separate sitting area with a desk provides a quiet spot for any work you might need to catch up on. The living room is designed with relaxation in mind, offering various seating options where you can unwind with a good book or watch a film. The sofa even doubles as a sleeping space if extra accommodation is needed.
Sliding doors lead you outside to a private, heated pool and a fully fenced garden. Here, you will find a mix of comfortable seating options including stylish Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges by the pool. An outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, seats six and is shaded by two umbrellas—one over the pool and another over the dining table. An extendable canopy provides additional shade, making the space perfect for any time of day. A grill is also available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking.
The home features two bedrooms thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides for privacy. The front corner bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom, with a king-sized bed, is conveniently located near the sitting area and adjacent to a bathroom complete with a full tub, shower, and double vanity.
