Nestled on the sought-after north end of Anna Maria Island, Villa Softshell offers a quintessential island escape just a short stroll from pristine sandy beaches and within easy reach of charming local eateries and shops. As you approach this enchanting bay-front villa, you'll immediately appreciate the relaxed elegance that defines this home.
Entering through the front, you can choose to step into the main residence or venture towards the separate suite on the left. Let us begin with the main house. As you walk in, you are greeted by a welcoming sitting area complete with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler—perfect for mixing up a cocktail before heading out for the evening. The heart of the home is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, boasting a gas stove and everything needed for both elaborate meals and quick snacks. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living and dining areas offer a bright, airy atmosphere thanks to floor-to-ceiling sliders that frame stunning views of the bay. Here, you will find a comfortable living room with ample seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a sun-soaked day.
From the living or dining room, you can access the oversized deck, which is perfect for leisurely mornings or alfresco dining. This outdoor space is well-equipped with various seating and dining options, as well as a heated pool that invites you to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun on the loungers.
Inside the main house, the layout is thoughtfully designed with three of the five bedrooms arranged in a split plan. The first guest room features a queen-size bed and a nearby private bath, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and its own en-suite. The primary suite is a serene retreat, complete with a king-size bed, a spacious sitting area, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The private screened balcony here provides panoramic views over the bay.
To the left of the main house, the separate suite is a standout feature, offering its own living room with a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen, and an outdoor dining area. This suite includes two bedrooms: a primary with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony, and a guest room with two full-size beds.
The outdoor areas truly enhance the island experience. The backyard features paved pathways, a private sitting area, and a dock that is ideal for sipping coffee, launching a kayak, or enjoying a spot of fishing.
