As you step inside, you are greeted by an airy and open main living area, flooded with bright Florida sunshine from a wall of glass doors. Luxurious leather sofas on bleached wood flooring face a large HDTV, while coastal-inspired artwork adds a touch of elegance. The glass doors lead to a generous screened-in porch, the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening margarita, where you can enjoy the gentle sea breezes.

The open kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring bright white cabinetry, high-end stainless steel appliances, and gleaming quartz countertops. A pass-through bar area with seating for four connects the kitchen to the living space, making it easy to chat while preparing meals. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range, large refrigerator, overhead microwave, and an efficient dishwasher. There is also a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Adjacent to the kitchen, the formal dining area with an oval, glass-topped table seats six, ideal for family meals or lively dinner conversations. This main level also includes a convenient powder room and a laundry nook with a washer and dryer.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit A non-refundable $80 damage waiver charged to the client by Oliver's Travels. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of $2000. Above $2000, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not available.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? No. $300, payable to Oliver's Travels with the balance. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests should be respectful of the property and leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required may be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Yes, included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations upon request.
