As you approach the maison, you'll be greeted by a quaint facade, exuding a warm and inviting ambiance. Step inside, and you'll discover a tastefully decorated interior that seamlessly combines rustic charm with contemporary amenities. The cosy living area features a plush sofa and a fireplace, creating a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The open plan layout downstairs allows guests to enjoy quality time together and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher and coffee machine, and all the necessities for preparing delicious meals for everyone.

There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and another double and twin bedroom on the upper floor, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Upstairs, youngsters can also chill out in the gallery space with books and a TV.

Outside, guests can bask in the French sunshine whilst soaking in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, enjoy al fresco dining cooked on the barbecue, or simply immerse yourself in a good book. There is also an outdoor climbing frame to entertain the children.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €400 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Saturday approximately mid-May to late-September. Flexible during all other periods.
Linen & towels included? Extra €8 per person for linen and €5 per person for towels, payable locally.
Heating costs included? Yes.
Energy costs included? Yes.
Pets welcome? One pet welcome on request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €25 per pet will apply (payable locally).
Smoking Allowed? Outside only.
Tax French Visitors Tax is included.
