Discover rustic charm in the heart of Plouguerneau with this quaint Creole house. A stone's throw from the beach, this humble abode offers a simple yet authentic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
With its warm and colourful decoration, Villa Bronte is typical of houses in the region; step inside to find cosy interiors, splashed with colour and unique furnishings. Choose to relax in the living room by the TV, or venture out to the garden, where there are many places to sit down and take in the fresh coastal air.
Whip up home-cooked meals in the kitchen using locally sourced ingredients and gather around the dining table, inside or out, which is great for all-weathered trips.
Outside, the landscaped garden beckons, offering a place for true relaxation and privacy. Grab a book and lounge in the shaded hammock, or lie back on one of the garden chairs. Energetic children can play a game of football or volleyball in the garden - this will keep them entertained for hours! Venture out to explore the rugged coastline and discover hidden coves and secluded beaches waiting to be explored. Escape the ordinary and embrace the simplicity of life at this charming villa retreat.

Region
Brittany is famed chiefly for its beaches, and with so much coastline to explore it’s certainly one of the best reasons to visit the region. But there’s more to Brittany than sun, sea and sand, and while a good chunk of our villas and chateaux in Brittany are found next to the coast the ones further inland are just as tempting. Want to get the inside scoop on Brittany before you book? You’ll find our full Brittany travel guide below, full of tips, inspiration and great things to do.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesWith plenty of children-friendly activities surrounding Villa Bronte, this is a great place to bring the family. Take them to the Phare de l'Ile Vierge, the tallest in Europe and the tallest in the world built in cut stone. This one is not for the faint-hearted; after taking a short cruise boat to the island, you must climb 365 steps to get to the top. With spectacular views of the landscape and sea, this is a fun adventure for all to experience.
Or for something less active, simply pack a beach bag and head down to the nearby beach, where children can run around to their hearts content. Cool off in the sea after a long days of lounging in the sun.
