Villa Deneuve overlooks the dazzling sea just 4.5km from Saint-Tropez town centre. This stunning home offers guests the privacy and space that comes with booking a villa, but guests also have the opportunity to use the fantastic facilities at the nearby 5* hotel, which is managed by the same owners.
This villa is a vast, elegant dwelling with plenty of space for 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children). The living space here is ideal for when you all wish to gather together for dinner or drinks in the evening; there is a huge L-shaped sofa that looks out onto the garden and terrace. The modern, fitted kitchen has all the appliances you need for preparing a delicious meal or for hiring a chef to do so for a special occasion.
There are five well-appointed bedrooms, some of which are on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, while the others lead out onto terraces, meaning you can sip your morning coffee al-fresco. The rooms are all neutrally decorated with pops of colour in the soft furnishings and artwork and offer chic en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is designed with families in mind; it is dormitory in style, with two double beds - perfect to accommodate up to four children.
Villa Deneuve is a great place to stay for those wishing for a relaxing trip to the South of France, as you will have everything you need to hand. Outdoors, the home's grounds are a pleasant retreat outside the bustling town centre. You can enjoy staggering sea views from several spots in the garden, such as the large terrace, which boasts a dining space and comfy outdoor sofas. The garden, which is filled with lush native planting and tall trees, also has a private swimming pool and lots of sun loungers and a day bed for unwinding.
When you wish to dine out in the evening, you can visit Saint-Tropez town, where you can find everything from cafés to fine-dining restaurants on the seafront. Aside from its sumptuous cuisine, Saint-Tropez is known for its boutique shopping and luxury cocktail bars. This part of the French Riviera also has many incredible beaches, so many that you could visit a new one each day of your holiday.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa DeneuveSaint-Tropez is a wonderful location for a holiday on the French Riviera. Guests staying at Villa Deneuve are able to use the amazing facilities and dine at the gourmet restaurant of the nearby 5* hotel, 1km away. If you would rather visit earlier in the day, then you could tuck into the tasty buffet breakfast instead before heading to the Niance spa for a massage and a few lengths of the pool.
When looking for a wider range of restaurants, make your way down to Saint-Tropez town, just 4km away. Whether you are looking for a gourmet restaurant with seasonal tasting menus or a simple seafood dinner, you will find something delicious in town. As well as great restaurants, Saint-Tropez offers fantastic shopping opportunities; you could spend the whole day perusing designer boutiques, buying gifts in artisan shops and bartering at the markets held all over town. The old town is a splendid place to explore for shopping or a lazy lunch in a street-side café. The old town is dotted with medieval churches, a wide range of museums and galleries and is topped with an imposing citadel which once defended the region from attack.
The pristine bays of Saint-Tropez here are unrivalled, whether you would like to visit Plage de la Moutte to try out some water sports or sip cocktails at a chic beach club on Plage de Pampelonne, one of the finest beaches in the area. Alternatively, to see some truly unspoilt beaches and swimming coves, you should take a boat trip from Saint-Tropez to the Golden Islands, a collection of three picturesque islands lined with beaches, walking trails and quaint eateries.
Gassin, a little village enveloped by rolling hills and vineyards, is off the beaten track and one place you could visit. Noted as one of France’s most beautiful villages, Gassin should definitely make your itinerary where you can spend the day wandering around the historic centre.
If you would like to go on a walk to take in the scenery, then follow the walking routes which lead out of the village onto picturesque walking trails. If you enjoy walking and hiking, then close to the villa, you can traverse a wealth of walking routes. Further inland, you could also try golf, polo or horse riding, all available close to the house in the rolling hills.
The nearby hills and farmland are also home to a number of vineyards open to visitors and make for a fascinating day out.

Region
Once a traditional fishing village, Saint-Tropez is now one of the most glamourous destinations of the Côte d’Azur and welcomes visitors from across the world.
However, there’s more to Saint-Tropez bay than exclusive beach clubs, glitzy boutiques and fine dining restaurants. From the family-friendly beaches of Sainte-Maxime to the vineyards of La Croix Valmer, Oliver’s Travels guests can truly admire this enchanting corner of the French Riviera whilst staying in one of our handpicked villas in and around Saint-Tropez.
Soak up the luxurious yet laidback vibe of Saint-Tropez as you wander around its marina lined with huge yachts contrasting colourful fishermen’s houses overlooking the bay. The old quarter is a warren of winding lanes with French designer boutiques, picturesque cafes and restaurants whilst Place des Lices hosts a vibrant Provençal market on a Tuesday and Saturday morning. Enjoy the most glorious vistas from Saint-Tropez’s 17th century citadel and maritime museum. Boat trips are another superb way to tour this part of the coast and passenger ferries cross the bay.
Just south of the town, follow Brigitte Bardot’s footsteps as you visit one of Plage de Pampelonne’s exclusive beach clubs, the most famous being Le Club 55 (always book well in advance). Stretching over 5km, Pampelonne’s long sandy beach is also loved for its vast range of summer watersports including jet-skiing, windsurfing and paddleboarding.
The picture-perfect villages of Saint-Tropez bay are beautifully located to make the most of the French Riviera scenery. On the hillside overlooking Plage de Pampelonne, Ramatuelle has attracted artists and writers over the years and is full of charm – look out for performances during its theatre and jazz festivals in the summer months. Meanwhile, hilltop Gassin is classified as one of France’s 'Plus Beaux Villages’ whilst flower-filled Grimaud is such a pretty medieval village with yet more stunning views of the coast.
Driving into the Maures hills, discover the characterful villages of La Garde-Freinet and Le Plan-de-la-Tour surrounded by oak and chestnut forests, a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, horse-riding enthusiasts and other outdoor adventurists.
Back to the coast, take a boat tour of Port Grimaud, known as the ‘little Venice of the Côte d’Azur’, and experience its atmospheric Monday evening summer market. Across the other side of the bay, Sainte-Maxime is a lovely sheltered seaside town with pretty cafes, a daily market and gorgeous beaches. Families adore this area – there are tree-top adventures, tennis, mini-golf, a water park and coastal paths for biking and hiking.
Golf-lovers can appreciate a choice of courses – Golf Blue Green as well as the prestigious Beauvallon Golf Club and Golf Club Saint-Tropez. Wine connoisseurs should head to the wine châteaux of Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne as well as the vineyards of La Croix Valmer.
Not forgetting the idyllic shores of soft sand and crystal-clear sea of La Croix Valmer’s coastline from Plage de Sylvabelle to Plage de Gigaro, also home to a wonderful coastal walking trail with the most incredible flora and fauna alongside sensational views of the Mediterranean as you hike towards Cap Lardier and beyond.
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesJust 6km from the centre of Saint-Tropez and with the closest sandy beach only 2km away, Villa Deneuve is ideally located for a holiday with little ones, as everything you could need is within easy reach.
Saint-Tropez has so much to offer visitors that you can head into town or the nearby beaches each day and never get bored, which is fantastic for those with children that do not like long car rides.
In the centre of town, there are some brilliant art galleries and museums which everyone in your group will enjoy. It can be nice to wander around a museum on a hot afternoon and learn something new. Some town museums include a butterfly museum, a film museum, and a police museum. The staggering hilltop citadel also houses a Museum of Maritime History. Art lovers can explore the modern art gallery with ever-changing exhibitions. Maybe the children will be inspired, like the many artists that flock here, to pick up their crayons and do some drawing on the beach after their visit!
