With breathtaking vistas of the Estérel hills and the distant bay of Cannes, Villa Amelia enjoys a stunning setting in the French Riviera hinterland almost equidistant between Cannes and Fréjus.

Despite the remote setting (in a residential quarter with other beautiful houses), it is just a 5-minute winding drive to the country road that connects Mandelieu-La Napoule (12km) and Fréjus (19km) whilst access to the A8 autoroute is around 10km away leading to Nice Airport (42km) in one direction and Aix-en-Provence (138km) in the other.

The nearest village, Les Adrets-de-l'Estérel (7.5km), offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquillity, breathtaking landscapes, and a gateway to the best of the French Riviera. Surrounded by dramatic red rock formations, dense forests, and panoramic sea views, this charming area is the perfect base for an unforgettable getaway.

The region boasts a vast network of hiking and cycling trails that wind through rugged hills, offering spectacular vistas over the Mediterranean. Whether you choose a gentle walk to admire the wildflowers or a more challenging climb to the Pic de l'Ours, the scenery is nothing short of breathtaking. The area’s rich biodiversity makes it a haven for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. For a refreshing change of pace, head to the stunning Plage de Agay (30km), a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming, snorkelling, or simply unwinding under the Riviera sun.

Beyond nature’s splendour, the surrounding region is steeped in culture and history. Just a short drive away, Fréjus (20km) and Saint-Raphaël (22km) offer a blend of Roman heritage, bustling markets, and vibrant marinas. Explore the ancient ruins of Fréjus, stroll along Saint-Raphaël’s picturesque promenade, or enjoy waterfront dining at one of the many exquisite restaurants.

Théoule-sur-Mer (16km) is another must-visit, boasting secluded coves, scenic coastal walks, and a relaxed French Riviera charm that perfectly complements the region’s natural beauty.

For those seeking a touch of sophistication, Cannes (20km) is within easy reach, where luxury shopping, fine dining, and the world-famous boulevard, La Croisette, await. Immerse yourself in the glamour of this iconic destination, whether it's exploring designer boutiques, enjoying a sunset cocktail by the harbour, or experiencing the allure of the film festival atmosphere.
