Situated amidst the woodland of the Var department, just a 45-minute drive from Cannes and the vibrant Côte d'Azur, is Villa Amethyste. This modern villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living space and three en suite bedrooms; two doubles and one twin, sleeping up to six guests.
The beautifully designed garden has multiple levels to choose from. Dine al fresco under the shade of the sleek slatted pergola (which lights up with colour at night time) after making use of the barbecue, or simply bask in the sun on the comfortable loungers or the outdoor sofa and chairs. Not forgetting the sparkling infinity pool where you can cool off whilst admiring views of the surrounding landscape.
The picturesque villages of Montauroux, Callian and Fayence can all be reached within a 10-minute drive of Villa Amethyste. Explore the timeless charm of the quaint cobblestone streets, vibrant markets and historic landmarks before returning home to enjoy a glass of local wine on the terrace.

The quaint medieval village of Callian is a 10-minute drive from the villa, with its château, Roman aqueduct and ancient churches. Montaroux and Fayence are equally as close, each with their own rich history, winding streets, and aged stone buildings. Climb the clock tower in Fayence for panoramic views and explore the vibrant markets before savouring a local rosé wine at a hidden bar.
Visit the nearby Lac de Saint Cassien to enjoy the beaches, swimming areas, fishing spots and boat rentals. More pristine stretches of white sandy beach can be found on the coast, reachable within half an hour's drive. A visit to Cannes is essential, renowned for its annual film festival, the glamorous resort town offers open-air film screenings, concerts, as well as abundant dining and shopping options.

We loved staying here
We loved staying here (we were here for 1 week with 2 teenagers): very friendly hosts, beautiful pool and lovely view over the hills. House is modern and well equipped. Hypermarché is within 8 minutes drive so you don't lose much time shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We are a family or 4 who have just had a week's holiday here in this fantastic house. We have enjoyed it and felt very welcome by the owners. We went on a day trip to Cannes and also spent a day in Antibes at Marineland which is highly recommended. We hope to come again.
