In a prime French Riviera location, Villa Sarcelle is a beautiful and contemporary villa within a short walk of Saint-Tropez’s famous sandy beach, Plage de Pampelonne.
This elegant air-conditioned holiday abode welcomes up to 10 guests across its five gorgeous bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom. On the upper floor is the refined living space with sumptuous sofas, Smart TV and open-plan kitchen and dining area. An impressive arched window frames the garden vistas of palm and pine trees whilst doors open out to a stylish upper terrace for relaxing in the sun. The heated swimming pool is a welcome addition to this modern villa alongside a private sauna.
Pampelonne Beach is one of France’s most loved and popular stretches of coastline – within 500m from your gated grounds you could be walking along the sandy shores, making the most of the summer watersports and enjoying lunch in one of the upmarket beachside restaurants (usually with parasols and sun beds to rent). The most exclusive is Le Club 55, just minutes away, a legendary Saint-Tropez beach club dating back to the mid-1950s when Brigitte Bardot dined here.
Follow coastal hiking trails near Cap Camaret or Plage des Salins, visit the vineyards of Pampelonne and potter around the picture-perfect perched village of Ramatuelle with its bougainvillea-clad café terraces, art galleries and glorious vistas, also home to a famous summer Jazz Festival at its outdoor theatre.
Meanwhile, the heart of Saint-Tropez village is only 5.5km away with its designer boutiques, high-end restaurants and luxurious yachts juxtaposing its charming warren of narrow lanes and historic citadel commanding yet more incredible views of the Golfe de Saint-Tropez.

About the surrounding area of Villa SarcelleVilla Sarcelle is located in an upmarket residential neighbourhood just a short walk from Saint Tropez’s famous Pampelonne Beach. The heart of Saint-Tropez is just over 5km away whilst you are also well located for visiting the charming hilltop village of Ramatuelle.
Step out of your gated grounds and within around 500m you will be overlooking the sandy shores of Plage de Pampelonne, one of France’s most loved beaches. There is a summer watersports centre just a little further offering canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and other water-based activities. Along this part of the coastline come across upmarket beachside restaurants for lunch (open seasonally) with sun beds and parasols to hire. The most exclusive of them all is Le Club 55, a legendary spot made famous by Brigitte Bardot in the 1950s when ‘And God Created Women’ was filmed.
Driving slightly inland, the perched village of Ramatuelle (5km) is another picture-perfect setting for lunch with its flower-filled lanes and cafe terraces. The village hosts a delightful twice-weekly market, a great way to stock up on local Provençal produce, alongside various festivities including the summer Jazz Festival at the spectacular Théâtre de Verdure. What’s more, the views of the Mediterranean are gorgeous from its hilltop position.
You can visit the wineries of this region from the nearby vineyards close to Ramatuelle and Pampelonne to wine châteaux in the Gassin and La Croix Valmer area. Other activities include walking and hiking (with incredible coastal routes south of Plage de Pampelonne and close to La Croix Valmer), horse-riding, cycling, tennis, golf, polo and a great variety of boat excursions.
Not forgetting the former fishing village of Saint-Tropez (5.5km), now a glamourous destination on the Côte d’Azur loved for its designer boutiques, high-end restaurants, charming old quarter, handsome harbourfront and glorious views across the bay.

Best Suited For: All AgesIn a prime setting, it’s wonderful to be able to walk to Plage de Pampelonne, one of the French Riviera’s most famous beaches. Along this 5km stretch of sandy coastline there is a great range of watersports including canoeing and kayaking, pedalo hire, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding and more. The nearest watersports centre is around 1km from the villa.
Within a short drive, the more remote (yet still popular) bay at Plage de l'Escalet (7km) is loved by snorkelling enthusiasts. There are some amazing coastal walks and more challenging hikes across this part of the coastline (south of Pampelonne Beach and close to La Crois Valmer).
Heading north instead, Saint-Tropez is a fantastic day out with its harbourfront, historic citadel, designer boutiques and pretty café terraces. Enjoy boat tours of the bay or catch a ferry towards Port Grimaud and the family-friendly seaside town of Saint-Maxime.
Other family attractions across the Saint-Tropez region include Aqualand Sainte-Maxime, two tree-top activity centres (Sainte-Maxime and Grimaud area), a go-karting track near Grimaud, mini-golf, horse-riding opportunities and the summer evening amusement park, Azur Park, close to Port Cogolin.
