Welcome to the stunning Villa Sirenette which, as its name suggests, calls like a siren to up to eight guests looking for the ideal escape on the mesmerising French Riviera.
Entering the villa, guests are greeted by a spacious living area with sleek décor. Panoramic windows invite floods of natural light into the space, reinforcing the feeling of indoor-outdoor coastal living.
Connecting to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen where culinary enthusiasts can indulge their passion with the ease thanks to the wide range of appliances and ample counter space.
The ground floor also features the first of four well-appointed bedrooms, which boasts a queen-sized bed, dressing room and en suite. Upstairs, there are three further bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The second bathroom, separate WC and access to a rooftop terrace complete the floor.
Back on the ground floor, moving through the glass sliding doors and onto the large terrace, guests are met by the embrace of Côte d'Azur sunshine. This delightful oasis comes complete with a comfortable al fresco dining area and stunning swimming pool which impressively wraps around and under the villa itself.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, entertainment or adventure, Villa Sirenette has every base covered. Sit back in a sun lounger with a book and refreshing cocktail or talk the night away in the warm ambience of the Mediterranean sunsets.
Villa Sirenette is located the heart of a seaside resort village, nearby to the town of Fréjus with its Roman ruins and impressive amphitheatre. With beautiful Mediterranean beaches and a vibrant local atmosphere on its doorstep, the villa allows you to explore the best of the region.
Conveniently situated along the French Riviera, it provides easy access to renowned destinations like Saint-Tropez and Cannes, making it an enticing choice for those seeking a relaxing yet dynamic and culturally rich holiday.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SirenetteVilla Sirenette is well-situated in a quiet, central area of a small, family-friendly resort town on the French Riviera between Cannes and Saint Tropez. The local area offers a range of shops, grocery stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and fantastic bakeries serving local delights such as La Tarte Tropézienne – invented by patisserie owner Alexandre Micha in 1955 for the actress Brigitte Bardot.
The nearest beach to the villa is reachable in under five minutes by car. While most of the beaches in the region are pebbled, many of the beaches close to Villa Sirenette are perfectly sandy.
The resort’s numerous small coves and beaches are rich in opportunities for fun activities and new experiences, including scuba diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, sailboat excursions, windsurfing, fishing, or taking a scenic hike along one of the many coastal paths. One of these hikes is named the ‘Chemin des Douaniers’, which runs for 12km from Saint-Aygulf to the San Peire Beach at Les Issambres.
For history buffs there is also opportunity to check out interesting Roman sites, including La Gaillarde, a large ornamental Roman fishpond built approximately 2,000 years ago.
Larger resort towns and hotspots along the Côte d'Azur are within easy driving distance too, including the historic town of Fréjus, Saint-Raphael, Saint Tropez, and Cannes.
For the wine lovers amongst us, the beautiful vineyards of Château Vaudois are less than ten minutes away by car. Situated on a high Provencal hillside, this prestigious winery offers guided tours and tastings that will steep you in the local terroir.
