Villa Soliere is a stunning private villa nestled on the south coast of France, with views of the Mediterranean Sea and air-conditioning. Sleeping eight guests, Villa Soliere is built along the hillside, boasting panoramic views of the bay of Toulon and the Island of Porquerolles. Spread over two floors, the villa is spacious, with the main communal living area on the upper floor. The upper floor offers spectacular panoramic views of the coastline below you. An open-plan living area brings everyone together. Windows are on all sides with a patio encompassing the upper floor, highlighting the spectacular views. The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa facing towards a flat-screen TV. Colourful artwork hangs on the walls, bringing a characterful touch, while tiles and rugs underfoot add a sense of homeliness. What’s even more special is the suspended fireplace and glass rotunda in the upper floor living room, giving you the unique sensation of being on the bow of a boat.
You will find a dining table in the main living room and another one on a side patio, seating eight guests. From the balcony, take in the smell of fresh pine trees surrounding the villa, immersing you in nature. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, with a convivial central island in front of a gorgeous 5m bay window that blends elegantly into the wall, allowing direct access to the terrace opening on the grandiose marine panorama. The master bedroom is also on the upper floor, bathing you in rich sunlight all day, which you can soak up on your private terrace. The ensuite has a large Italian shower and a designer island bathtub. Air-conditioning has been fitted in all the bedrooms, allowing you to drift off to sleep peacefully and comfortably during the warmer summer months.
Downstairs, on the lower floor, you will find three bedrooms. The second bedroom has a double bed while the third bedroom has twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share two family bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a retro style, island bath tub. The fourth bedroom (also a master size) has an office attached, an en-suite bathroom with a multi-jet shower and small sofa bed. A second open-plan kitchen and lounge area open onto another alternative veranda facing the sea. Think of this as a comfortable pool house for you to soak up the sun in. It's also a pleasant space during the winter, whether that's for cosying up with a book or working remotely.
Outside, there is a swimming pool, (heated in season) with sun loungers surrounding it, ready for you to relax after taking a dip. An outdoor hot shower is also available for you to rinse off after a swim. A comfortable outdoor lounge is nestled to one side, surrounded by gorgeous greenery and plants. You can also spend the afternoons chilling in the in-house hammock, reading your favourite book, or having a snooze. The patio is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the sea and surrounding hills. A shaded dining area under the large pine tree is great for alfresco meals. The multiple outdoor spaces give plenty of options for everyone to spread out and come together. With its own Tesla charging station, the south coast of France is ready to be explored!
What you should know…
- There is a Fast Tesla Charger for complimentary use!
- The whole house benefits from air-conditioning, which is an absolute must in the warmer months!

- There are strictly no parties allowed.
- Please note that the villa is built on a steep hill, making the walk from the villa to the local towns on the coastlines take a little longer.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SoliereOverlooking the bay of Toulon to Porquerolles, Villa Soliere is located on the coastline of Port-Cros National Park, the oldest marine park in Europe. From the sea to the mountains, there is something for everyone, from art to history. From your doorstep, you can explore the local area. A path through the pine trees takes you to a lookout area, with mesmerizing views of the landscape and coastline below. In the mornings, take an electric bike to the local bakery (or opt for a 45-minute walk if you fancy some extra exercise!) serving a variety of pastries, baguettes, and French specialties.
Ten minutes from the villa is Almanarre beach, famous for windsurfing and kite surfing. Relax as a family, dabbling your toes in the golden sandy beaches and cooling off in the refreshing water. There are many unmissable beaches in the surrounding area of the villa, including in Carqueiranne, where regulars meet and swim all year long. You can also visit the southern part of the Gien peninsula, where the rocky coves and pristine water await you. On the opposite side of the Almanarre beach, you will find protected salt marshes on the edge of the coast, home to pretty pink flamingos! Take a couple of hours here and there admiring these iconic animals from the various hides and viewpoints.
Spend an afternoon in the history books and visit Olbia, an ancient Greek fortress formed thousands of years ago. Only ten minutes away from the villa, families will love exploring the ruins, imagining what life was like back in time. Enjoy the buzzing ambiance of local markets and festivals. Heading inland, north of the villa, you will find Saint Baume National Park. Filled with dramatic cliff edges, mountains, and forests, you will love exploring the trails and hiking with the family. Tours are available for all ages to learn about the national park and nature. Other recommended places to visit include the medieval town of Hyères and Villa Carmignac on Porquerolles Island, a space dedicated to showing contemporary art in a preserved green setting. Porquerolles is a simply unforgettable island, easily reached from the nearby harbours.
The nearest city to the villa is Toulon. The fourth largest French city on the Mediterranean coastline, Toulon is famous for its naval construction, fishing and winemaking. Take your pick from a variety of wine tastings and vineyards in the area and discover why this region is so renowned for its wine. After a morning shopping, stroll around the harbour, watching the boats sail in and out. Further round the coast is the historic city of Marseille. From here, take a kayak tour of the coastline, exploring the rocky shores, clear waters and neighbouring islands. If you fancy going a little further afield, the villa is about a 1-hour drive from the glitzy haven of St-Tropez, and a 1-hour 30 minute drive from Cannes.

Kids
Best Suited For: ChildrenFamilies will love the French coastline, and Villa Soliere is the perfect home away from home. Spread out over two levels, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out, as well as two TVs to enjoy.
The bedrooms on the lower floor are perfect for families to occupy, as it will be easier to keep an eye on youngsters from down the hall. The twin bedroom is perfect for sharing. The space was phenomenal
This villa is absolutely stunning. It holds a commanding position with stunning views over the Mediterranean and the town and Marina below.
It is fitted out with contemporary luxurious furniture and a number of cosy, living spaces, as well as separate bedrooms. Even though there was eight of us in there, we did not feel crowded at any time or in anyway, the space was phenomenal.
The seclusion behind the electric gates felt very safe and secure, and the whole area was very up market.
The villa was extremely spacious with excellent facilities and suited Up to 4 couples perfectly due to the location of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The balcony off the spacious living area was stunning and a treat in the evening with beautiful sunsets across the Mediterranean.
Communication with the team was incredible easy and very friendly and they were very helpful in every respect.
You will definitely enjoy A peaceful stay at this stunning beautiful villa. -
