Sitting nestled within spacious yet private gardens, the holiday home boasts a large swimming pool and several areas for relaxing in the sun or the shade. Take a dip in the 72m² swimming pool or read a book on one of the sun loungers in this oasis of trees, colourful plants and fauna
Ideally located between Narbonne and Carcassonne, there is plenty to see and do in this area. Whether you wish to explore the region's historic towns and villages, visit some of the interesting markets or wineries. Maybe chilling out on the nearby sandy beaches is more your speed, Languedoc-Roussillon offers something for everyone.

About the surrounding area of Villa TilleulVilla Tilleul is in the heart of a pretty village which is lively and fun all year round. Here you will find a bakery, newsagents, a pizzeria and a café-bar restaurant as well as a weekly visit from the butchers and fishmongers. There are hiking and cycling trails leading from the village
Visit the beautiful Abbaye de Fontfroide (13km) in a spectacular setting or continue on to the 10km long beach at Port-La-Nouvelle (34km) which has been awarded a blue flag for cleanliness and facilities. Visit the town’s fishing harbor in the morning to pick up some of the freshest fish, take a boat trip out to sea or follow one of the marked trails through beautiful coastal landscapes.
Further north you also have the wonderful sandy beach by the pretty village of Gruissan (40km) in the heart of the Regional Park of Narbonne. Children and adults alike will love the Sigean Nature Reserve (21km) to the south with thousands of wild animals over 300 hectares of habitat.
The impressive Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage site, runs through the village of Homps (25km), where you can stroll along the banks in the shade of the trees or take a boat trip/hire a boat and relax on the water as you watch the world go by. Within the village there is a large artistic community and many of their workshops are open to the public.
Lagrasse (18km), one of France’s Plus Beaux Villages is also just one of the charming Languedoc villages in the region you should visit. Try a day in Carcassonne (45km), Narbonne (25km) or Perpignan (70km) or explore the Pyrénées and the Mediterranean coast to discover ancient castles and picturesque villages that have been untouched by time.
And if you really want to travel, the Spanish border is only an hour and a half away!
