Recently renovated, this home offers a stunning modern interior. This spacious property has nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and three living areas, one of which is equipped with a pool table, three dining areas, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are also two cottages in addition to the main château. The first cottage has one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living area with a dining table and sofas, and the second one has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
As soon as you step foot in this villa's outside space, you will be left amazed. This home boasts a large park to take a break in, a terrace with an outdoor dining table, a heated swimming pool and even tennis courts. Sit back and relax in this tranquil paradise.
Although this home benefits from a beautiful location in the countryside, amenities are also not far away, with the closest restaurant only a 5-minute drive away and the closest supermarket a 10-minute drive. What’s more, this property is ideally located to explore the rest of Northern France, with several magnificent cities and towns and the sensational Normandy coast being within easy reach.
Reach the charming town of Amiens in just 1 hour by car; here, you can admire the remarkable Cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Amiens. Moreover, the marvellous city of Rouen is only a 40-minute drive away, and the picturesque Honfleur is just one hour and 20 minutes away by car. On top of this, the incredible coastal town of Étretat, famous for its striking white cliffs and rock formations, is only 1 hour and 25 minutes away. Slightly further afield, you can even reach the magical city of Paris by car in roughly 2 hours.

Chateau Du Terroir is just a short drive from the nearest amenities. The closest restaurant is only a 5-minute drive away, and the closest supermarket is just 10 minutes away by car. On top of this, Chateau Du Terroir is the perfect base to explore the rest of the North of France, with many fantastic cities and outstanding coastal towns close by.
Reach the fascinating city of Rouen in just 40 minutes by car, a city rich in history and culture. Admire the old timber-framed houses as you wander its cobbled streets in the mediaeval centre. Several historical sites are here, such as Rouen Cathedral, Gros Horloge and the Historial Jeanne d’Arc. Moreover, the picturesque town of Amiens is only an hour away from the property. Whilst here, stop by the impressive Cathédrale Notre-Dame d'Amiens, the town’s several canals and its canal-side cafes, restaurants and bars.
In addition, you can easily visit many breathtaking coastal towns and cities from this château. For example, the outstanding town of Étretat is only an hour and 25 minutes away. Famous for its unbelievable chalk-white cliffs and their rock formations, this town is a true sight to behold. Additionally, the charming town of Honfleur is just an hour and 20 minutes away by car. Boasting over 1000 years of history, mediaeval architecture, half-timbered houses and a delightful harbour, this town is not to be missed! Some of the best sites here include Le Vieux Bassin, Saint Catherine’s Church and Notre Dame de Grace.
Furthermore, the delightful port town of Dieppe is roughly an hour’s drive away. This enchanting town offers an interesting museum where you can see maritime exhibits, ivory sculptures and impressionist paintings. There is also a lovely pebble beach with a backdrop of the town’s dramatic white cliffs.
Moreover, the magical city of love and the French capital, Paris, is roughly 2 hours away. Some must-sees in this enthralling city include the iconic Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Arc de Triomphe and its many serene and well-kept gardens, such as the Jardin du Luxembourg.

Best Suited For: All AgesNormandy is a magnificent region to visit with all of the family, full of exciting activities to do with the children. For example, take the kids to see the fascinating Cité de la Mer, a museum which tells the tale of man’s adventures at sea. This brilliant museum is only a 50-minute drive from the property. In addition, the superb Woody Park is just an hour away by car. The children can try out treetop rope courses, mini golf, treasure hunts and even sumo wrestling in inflatable suits!
Furthermore, this part of France has several fantastic parks and gardens offering the perfect afternoon activity with the children. One of the best in the region is Les Jardins D’Etretat. Planted in 1903 and influenced by the impressionist painter Claude Monet, these neo-futuristic gardens are truly unique and offer an exceptional sea view due to being on the cliffside.
