Situated in the idyllic Provençal landscape around Flayosc, this enchanting four-bedroom villa fit for up to eight guests is the quintessential escape. The blend of traditional charm and modern elegance is on show as soon as you enter Maison Bonheur with its regional colour palette and contemporary furnishings.
The spacious living area, adorned in the region’s famous yellow ochre, is made even more bright and welcoming thanks to floods of natural light beaming in through large windows looking out onto the terrace, garden and countryside. With plush sitting areas and a seamless transition to the fully equipped open kitchen, this space is the hub of the house where everyone can gather to delight in the riches of indoor-outdoor living.
The kitchen itself is a culinary treat, perfect for anyone looking to take some inspiration from the Provençal countryside. Whether you’re whipping up a Mediterranean salad or preparing a feast for family and friends, Maison Bonheur is perfect for inside dining or al fresco.
The first two of four rooms are located on the ground floor. Both boast queen-sized beds and en-suites, and put guests at ease with red and white decors in traditional styles. The upper floor contains two further bedrooms, each boasting double beds and en-suites with azure-blue detailing that will feel like a dream before you even hit the bed.
The blissful Mediterranean climate beckons guests to the villa’s outdoor spaces. The expansive terrace wraps around a turquoise swimming pool and comes adored with loungers, shaded al fresco dining areas, deck chairs, and a barbecue. What is more, the sprawling tiered garden is fecund with olive trees, pines and other fauna indicative to the region.

Location
About the surrounding area of Maison BonheurSurrounded by trees, this 4-bedroom villa is a haven unto itself. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t plenty to see and do in the area. Located just outside a medieval village (6-minute drive), where cobblestone streets and historic architecture is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests. The village, littered with small squares where you can sit at a café listening to the gargle of fountains, also boasts supermarkets, shops, restaurants and historic sites.
To expand your options, the nearby town of Draguignan (10-minutes drive) offers a wider selection of supermarkets, restaurants, parks and boutiques. The stunning countryside beckons visitors to embark on scenic walks, cycling journeys and viticultural adventures among the area’s countless wineries. Chateau du Deffends-Chateau des Platanes is only a twenty-minute walk from the villa, making it easy to stroll home after a day of wine tasting under the sun.
Of course, nothing quite beckons like the Mediterranean itself, which can be dived into from various glamorous resorts along the Côte d'Azur, including Saint-Maxime (45-minute drive), Fréjus (50-minute drive) and even the hotspot of Saint-Tropez (70-minute drive).
The town of Sainte-Maxime itself boasts supermarkets, restaurants, bars, dance clubs, a casino, a pleasant little port where sailboats sway back and forth in gentle breezes, and even a stunning golf course with panoramic views along the French Riveria.

Best Suited For: All AgesDespite its charming and quaint vibe, the village of Flayosc has quite a lot on offer for the little ones, including a pump track for wheeled sports equipment that, when ridden properly, does not require pedalling or pushing.
The Flay’Forest adventure park (5-minute drive) is a wonderful treetop play forest where kids can enjoy hours of fun climbing among the canopy with experienced, professional guides.
If the kids are keen on water sports then you’re in luck, because there is no shortage of fun activities available along the Côte d'Azur (45-minute drive), including scuba diving, jet skiing, water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, sailing, kitesurfing, kayaking, boat hire, and even parasailing.
