As you enter the property through the electric gate, the immediate sense of space is inviting. Once you climb the few steps up to the entrance to the villa, you are greeted by a bright and airy interior. The house, with its vast living space, features high ceilings, exposed beams, and a welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, the large open-plan kitchen is a great space for hosting friends and family, with the island making it all the more sociable. Choose whether to dine inside or out on the shaded terrace outside – perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to living spaces. Each lounge area is bathed in natural sunlight, thanks to the large bay windows and doors, and with beautiful views of the garden. Upstairs, there are five comfortable bedrooms, with four double rooms and one children's room. The south-facing master suite is particularly spacious, with a private dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs landing is air-conditioned, which will help keep the bedrooms cool on a hot summer's day.
Outside, the well-maintained garden is a true highlight of the property. The large swimming pool is surrounded by a stone-paved terrace, ideal for sunbathing or cooling off with a swim. The pool house features a bar and dining area, perfect for leisurely meals by the pool, while the children can enjoy the swings or games in the shaded areas. The lawn is dotted with olive trees and lavender, adding to the relaxing atmosphere of this family-friendly villa.
