Situated in a serene corner of the picturesque Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Maison Neuve is just a short stroll from the vibrant town centre. Surrounded by olive trees and offering sweeping views of the Alpilles, this charming villa promises a perfect escape into the heart of Provence.
As you step through the entrance, you’re greeted by an airy, sunlit living space. The ground floor features an expansive lounge and dining area that seamlessly opens onto the terrace, creating a delightful flow between indoors and outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with local produce, and there is also a nearby utility room. In the master suite on this level there is a double bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the garden.
Heading upstairs, two cosy bedrooms with stunning views of the Alpilles await. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, one featuring a double bed and the other slightly smaller. An elegant family bathroom serves these rooms, and an office nook with a piano completes the floor.
Outside, the enclosed garden is a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a private swimming pool (secured for families), a pétanque court for friendly games, and a shaded terrace perfect for leisurely al fresco meals. Children will delight in the trampoline and play area, while adults can unwind in the dappled sunlight with a chilled glass of local rosé.
Maison Neuve is well-positioned to enjoy the best of Saint-Rémy. Meander into town for bustling markets, artisan boutiques, and quaint cafés, or explore nearby historic sites and the landscapes that inspired Van Gogh.
