As you step through the entrance, you’re greeted by an airy, sunlit living space. The ground floor features an expansive lounge and dining area that seamlessly opens onto the terrace, creating a delightful flow between indoors and outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals with local produce, and there is also a nearby utility room. In the master suite on this level there is a double bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the garden.
Heading upstairs, two cosy bedrooms with stunning views of the Alpilles await. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, one featuring a double bed and the other slightly smaller. An elegant family bathroom serves these rooms, and an office nook with a piano completes the floor.
Outside, the enclosed garden is a peaceful sanctuary, complete with a private swimming pool (secured for families), a pétanque court for friendly games, and a shaded terrace perfect for leisurely al fresco meals. Children will delight in the trampoline and play area, while adults can unwind in the dappled sunlight with a chilled glass of local rosé.
