Villa Crysanthe comprises three maisonettes and one apartment, all situated on a secluded private plot. The estate features amenities such as a spacious private swimming pool with a kiosk, barbecue facilities, and expansive garden areas.
The Ground Floor Maisonette includes a large air-conditioned dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. It boasts two double bedrooms.
The Two-Level Maisonette on the ground floor features similar amenities, with additional space on the first level. It includes a queen-size bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool, another bedroom with two single beds or one king-size bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The Apartment, located on the first floor, spans 57m² and accommodates up to three guests with its double bedroom and sofa bed. It offers brand-new air conditioning in all rooms, smart TVs, and stable Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a modernly decorated living/dining area with another smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Outdoor dining tables provide options to enjoy meals shaded from or basking in the sun throughout the day. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine.
The Jacuzzi Maisonette, similar in layout to the others, features a spacious air-conditioned dining and living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Its two bedrooms include a king-size bedroom with a view of the Jacuzzi area and a double bedroom.
Villa Crysanthe features a private swimming pool surrounded by manicured gardens and a BBQ area for al fresco dining providing a serene oasis to soak up the Mediterranean sun.
