Overview
Built in a traditional Corfu style, with sleek wooden floors and airy rooms, it has modern touches such as air-conditioning throughout and en-suite bathrooms. The split-level design allows for terraces on every level which overlook the harbour and beautiful coastline.
The villa comfortably sleeps eight and offers plenty of flexibility – with one king bedroom, one double, and two bedrooms that can be set up as either twin or double beds. The bedrooms, each with their own television, are all spacious and have plenty of storage – so you can properly unpack and really feel like you’ve arrived.
On the first floor is the king-sized master bedroom with en-suite bathroom; it has double doors leading out onto a terrace with table and chairs – just the spot to take your morning coffee up to and enjoy some peace and quiet on your holiday, looking out across the sea. Along the corridor from the master bedroom is a double bedroom, again with en-suite.
Heading down to the ground floor, you’ll find one of the double (or twin) bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom. The main living area is on this level – the kitchen, dining room and sitting room are all open plan allowing for a lovely open feel. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you will need (oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), and even a pantry area for storage. There’s a dining room just through from the kitchen with a large dining table and chairs, plenty of room for everyone in your party. Next is the sitting room, with comfortable sofas, television, DVD, fireplace and access to the veranda – with its sea views, it’s a really lovely place to have breakfast, enjoying the breeze before the heat of the day.
On the lower ground floor there is another double (or twin) bedroom, again with an en-suite bathroom. It also has double doors leading outside to the swimming pool and terrace, great if you want to sneak out for a morning swim without waking the rest of your party. There’s a fully-equipped laundry room on this level, as well as a utility room – not very exciting, but it’s these sorts of well-planned functional rooms that make your holiday run that little bit smoother.
There’s a freshwater swimming pool outside, complete with its own Jacuzzi – you’ll be hard pushed to find a more beautiful spot for a swim. The sea views from here, out across the bay, are beautiful; and looking back towards the villa, you have the olive groves and hills behind – simply stunning. Alongside the pool, and with steps down from the house, you’ll find a covered pergola with table and chairs, along with a barbecue and small outdoor kitchen with a sink. The generous outside terrace is a great place to meet for sundowners while something cooks on the barbecue – there are excellent sunsets from here to enjoy at the end of another relaxing day.
Heading out of the villa, down the short gated drive and just across the road, you’ll find a secluded little beach – it might not be private but being tucked away, it doesn’t get too busy. You can hire boats nearby and anchor them here, or if that’s too much activity just stroll back up to the villa for a lazy lunch on one of the terraces.
What you should know…
- One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor; it’s near the kitchen but tucked away down a small corridor and is at the other end of the villa to the dining area
- The beach is about a twenty minute walk away, which being pebbly is great for snorkelling. The nearest sandy beach, more family friendly beach is in Avlaki and only 3km away.
- While you won’t need a car, as the villa is so well situated, we recommend hiring one – simply so you can enjoy the rest of the island and really get a feel for the place

Location
About the surrounding area of Ikos KassiopiA once quiet fishing village, Kassiopi has turned into a vibrant tourist destination, still preserving its traditions and culture. Located in the north eastern part of Corfu, it is famous for its stunning beaches, lush pine forests, olive groves and for the imposing Mount Pantokrator serving as the backdrop of a natural landscape deeply rich in diversity.
This popular seaside resort with its traditional Greek taverns, lively bars and nightclubs, also has all the shops and supermarkets you might need. The closest beach is only 20m away, but a short drive will also take you to a number of almost unspoilt Blue Flag bays such as Avlaki, particularly popular with families with small children.
To take full advantage of all the beauties the Corfu coastline has to offer, we suggest hiring a boat (Agios Stephanos, Avlaki or Kalami) to explore the hidden treasures along the coast. Corfu town (37 km) seems like a fresco painting that has come to life. The Liston’s elegant arcades hang over the marble paved square where the locals gather for a cup of coffee or a drink. The old part, with its special design and quiet, narrow roads is the biggest preserved medieval town in Greece. Boasting an abundance of natural beauty, stunning beaches, candlelit restaurants, romantic bars, a vivid nightlife and vast options for entertainment, covering all tastes and styles, Corfu is probably the most famous Greek island attracting thousands of visitors every year.

The Island/Getting There
One of the largest and greenest of the Ionian Islands, Corfu is far more than its trademark blue-hued seas and sandy coastline. With its UNESCO World Heritage status and unbeatable strolling opportunities, there is no better place to start exploring than the main town and its historic old quarter, where ancient churches, scattered ruins and a handful of museums mean Corfu’s layers of history can be found just about everywhere. And if you’re in need of a cosy abode, take a look at our flawless villas in Corfu.

How to reach Corfu island
There are two ways to get to Corfu island: either by flight or by ferry.
By plane: During April to October, several direct flights arrive to "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Airport from Europe as Corfu is one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. During these months, the airport also receives many domestic flights every day from Athens and Thessaloniki.
By ferry: Travelling by ferry is the most popular way of transport in Greece. Ferries to Corfu depart from Patra and Igoumenitsa. If you are travelling from Europe, Corfu is easily accessible by ferry from Venice, Bari, Brindisi or Ancona too. You can easily book your tickets using the link below or the search engine - the port you are looking for is "TBC".
Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesNearby Kassiopi has a choice of restaurants, a pharmacy and shops, so getting those necessary items for little ones is no problem. The 13th Century Kassiopi Castle is a great distraction from the beach and worth the walk. Restaurants and shops are very child friendly, so small portions or a bad tempered toddler won't be an issue.
Local beaches are ideal for toddlers. The closest being a short stroll away. Nearby Kerasia Beach with its two tavernas is a gorgeous place to spend a day and a short drive to the pebble Avlaki beach could be another day. Avlaki has something for everyone with a few tavernas, sunbeds, umbrellas and watersports for older kids and adults. Snorkelling is good in the area and scuba diving is available.
For days out, Aqualand is an hour’s drive and a boat trip to explore the small coves of the island is a must.

Lovely Time
Just a quick email to say thanks so much for organising our trip to Corfu a couple of weeks ago. We had a really lovely time and the weather was great. The villa is even better than it looks on the photos, and the owner was so friendly. It also came with three times weekly maid service which was a great perk.
