Set over two floors, with sumptuous and luxurious furnishings, you’ll find everything you need at Villa Liakada. It’s in a quiet spot, with stunning panoramic sea views, looking out across the Gulf of Mirabello. The villa is located within a small boutique villa-hotel complex, so you will have all the comfort of a private house, but the convenience of a hotel is only moments away.
On the ground floor is a super open plan living and dining space. The furniture is almost French in style, giving a sophisticated feel, with a focus on comfort and luxury; there are sofas and a TV here, as well as a formal dining area. The wonderful floor to ceiling windows and doors make the most of the sensational sea views. There’s an open plan kitchen too, with all modern appliances and everything you might want.
On the first floor, you’ll find the three bedrooms – one king sized, and two with twin beds – offering all the flexibility your party might need. All three bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms, finished to an extremely high standard with hand-painted ceilings and high specification fittings. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you’ll be kept deliciously cool even in the warmer months.
Head outside and you’ll find a private infinity edge swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, terrace with lounge seating, and a covered dining area – the perfect place to make the most of some al fresco dining. The views from here really are sensational, offering an unrivalled panoramic vista – so grab a drink and relax with a good book, or simply gazing out to sea. You’ll be able to completely switch off, happy in the knowledge you have a luxurious, sumptuous and relaxing villa to retreat to.
There is a complimentary transfer to a nearby private beach club, which offers sunbeds, sun shades, beach towels and a food and drink menu.
What you should know…
- The villa is in a beautifully quiet spot, but you’ll need to hire a car if you want to explore the local area; the nearest beach is only about 2km away, and Agios Nikolaos (with a wider choice of restaurants and bars) a little further, assuming you can tear yourself away from your private pool of course

The closest airport is Heraklion, it is situated around a forty-five minute car journey away from the property.

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesThe Cool Creche and Cool Kids Club are available for babies and children on site. Offering kids a fun and safe environment to play. Whilst also giving parents the chance to kick back and relax! The space has been carefully and thoughtfully designed by UK childcare specialist and meets the UK Ofsted childcare standards.
The Cool Creche caters to babies between 4 months to 4 years (1 adult: 3 babies). Three sessions are offered per day, 10am-1pm (morning session), 1pm-3pm (lunch session) and 3pm-6pm (afternoon session). We strongly recommend pre-booking. Cost is 28 euros per session per child per day and 40 euros for 2 sessions per child per day. Lunch session costs 25 euros per child including the cost of the food.
The Cool Kids club for children between 4 – 12 years (1 adult: 8 children). It is a complimentary childcare service and operates 3 sessions daily (same timings with the Cool Creche)
There is a newly built playground located outside the crèche and club that can be used by families at all times during their stay.
Evening Babysitting service is also offered by qualified staff. Charges apply.
Both the Cool Creche and Kids club are open from the 9th April – 31st October. It is strongly recommended to pre-book childcare sessions before arriving. To avoid disappointment as spaces are limited due to our strict ratios.

There are two stimulating Jacuzzi bathtubs and the pool heating is included in the rates for the period 25.03-02.06 and 30.09-04.11.
The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax, your property manager will collect this in cash:
