Villa Elounda has a fabulous location, nestled in gentle hillside amongst mature gardens and olive trees it offers guests peace and tranquillity. Despite the feeling of serenity, the ever-popular town of Elounda is just a short car journey away and boasts a range of fantastic amenities, including restaurants, shops and bars. A little further along the coastline is Agios Nikolaos, this buzzing resort offers a wider selection of amenities as well as exciting nightlife.
The contemporary villa has been beautifully and thoughtfully designed and combines luxury interiors and furnishings with earthy tones and natural materials creating a high-end yet comfortable finish. Villa Elounda can accommodate up to sixteen guests across eight spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor is the main open-plan living accommodation, comprising of living and dining areas, the high ceilings and French doors let in natural light creating a huge sense of space. There is a fully equipped kitchen which has all necessary modern amenities. Also, on this level are two of the double bedrooms, which can easily be converted into twin rooms if necessary, both of these come complete with en-suite bathrooms, while one has direct access to a small terrace. Upstairs, on the first floor are a further two double bedrooms, both boasting en-suite bathrooms with private terraces from which the sea views can be enjoyed. Going back downstairs, on the lower ground floors are a further two more double or twin bedrooms again both boasting en-suite bathrooms as well as direct access to the gardens and pool area. The final two double bedrooms can be found in the garden suite and both feature en-suite facilities.
Outside, the private pool is the perfect spot from which to soak up the serene surroundings and spectacular panoramic views. For those wishing to indulge in some alfresco dining while in sunny Crete, there are helpful dining facilities. In between Villa Elounda and its sister villa, Villa Elounda Megali, are pathways leading through the untouched vegetation. There are numerous rest areas and hammocks, perfect tranquil spaces to relax under the shade if the olive trees while enjoying a good book.
What you should know…
- Those travelling with very young children should ensure they are not left to explore gardens and pathways alone
- While the villa is in a great location, a car will be needed in order to reach local amenities and fully explore the area
- The neighbouring villa is 180m away and both villas enjoy total privacy

Best Suited For: All AgesThe hidden private playground is in between the two villas. Close enough for easy access, but at the same time quite remote and hidden. It is barely visible from the villas due to the surrounding vegetation and terrain. Children playing there cannot be heard from the villas, but at the same time, it is less than five minutes walk to get to it along footpaths from either villa. It is convenient for families who will love to use it as much as possible, yet simultaneously invisible to guests without children.
The playground equipment is a Finish design called Lappset.

Lovely
We had a wonderful stay in Villa Elounda, the view was so beautiful, and the villa was lovely. Daily cleaning was great, and the staff were very friendly and discreet. The beds were comfortable too! The pool and hot tub were kept perfectly clean, and Anna was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this villa! All the staff that we have dealt with have been lovely - from Nikos for car hire to the boat trip Skipper and crew.
