The villa spans three levels and features neutral tones, contemporary fixtures, and all-white décor. The villa has four well-designed bedrooms: three on the ground floor and one on the top level. All bedrooms feature double beds, and three come with ensuite bathrooms. The indoor-outdoor living space is designed with white interiors and modern elements. A comfortable L-shaped couch and flat-screen TV provide leisure options, and large glass doors allow for natural light. The mini bar is available for evening drinks, and the open-plan kitchen is equipped with a tea and coffee maker, along with other appliances for preparing meals. The indoor dining table accommodates family meals. The open deck is designed for relaxation. Guests can use the private pool, relax on day beds, and enjoy al-fresco dining with views of the sea. A baby pool is also available for children.
In contrast to the busy commercial beaches in the area, the resort’s private beach (200 m) offers a quieter experience. Outdoor activities such as fishing and snorkelling are available, and e-bikes can be rented from the reception for further exploration. The resort’s gourmet restaurant serves Greek cuisine, and cocktails can be enjoyed with sea views. Special wine-tasting events are held, offering opportunities to interact with local vintners and learn about wine-making.

About the surrounding area of Villa Paliouri AlphaVilla Paliouri Alpha is a luxurious estate, that promises a slew of attractions. It’s set 120 kilometres from the Thessaloniki Airport in the serene village of Paliouri, at the southern tip of the Kassandra peninsula. Engulfed by the lush pine forests of Halkidiki, it’s home to jutting green peninsulas and lapping waves.
The villa offers a peaceful respite from the city's bustle while still being close to dazzling nightlife. Dip your toes in the beautiful ocean, spend evenings of solitude on the private deck or begin the day with a refreshing session of yoga on the airy balcony. You can just as easily march outside and check out the teeming bars and clubs around.
Adventure junkies won’t get enough of swimming and scuba diving. Rent fishing and snorkelling equipment from inside the resort, and explore the underwater treasures of the Mediterranean Sea. The peninsula also has many spectacular hiking trails, hidden roads and little-known pathways that will keep you busy all day.
One of the best ways to explore the area is on a luxury yacht. You can book one or multi-day tours for the whole family. It accommodates six to eight passengers and features a fully-functional kitchen, hot water shower, air conditioning, generator and two bathrooms.
Alternatively, you can rent e-bikes and cars from the reception and frolic through scenic towns and villages around. Paliouri is one of the most striking summer destinations. Getting There
How to reach Halkidiki
The nearest airport is the International Airport of Thessaloniki. This is about 16km from Thessaloniki. From this region of Thermi you can get to Halkidiki by bus or Taxi. There are several domestic flights that run from Athens Airport to the airport in Thessaloniki too.
