Overview
Milos Beach Aphrodite is the perfect villa to escape reality and really get away from it all. Situated in the hillside above Milos Beach, the villa boasts beautiful views. It is part of a small complex of three villas, located close to the village of Agios Nikitas where bars, restaurants and amenities can be found. For those that want to further explore the island, the capital, Lefkada, is still only a short car distance away.
Inside, the modern 2-bedroom villa benefits from Wi-Fi and ceiling fans and is configured over three floors helping guests make the most of the views. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is a useful sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate a further two guests. Upstairs, on the first floor is a second twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. An internal staircase from the lounge leads to the second twin bedroom which benefits from an ensuite bathroom complete with jacuzzi and gorgeous views of the swimming pool.
Outside, the villa has a spacious veranda with a large private pool from which views of the sea can be enjoyed. There is also a seating area which comfortable furniture which is perfect for alfresco dining.
*The villa can sleep up to 6 guests, 2 guests would have to stay on the sofa bed in the lounge.
Please note: the pricing is based on 4 guests, there is an additional charge of 20 euros, per night and per person for the two additional guests.
What you should know…
- While some may enjoy the peaceful location, the villa is situated on a steep hill with many steps down to the beach which may not be ideal for everyone
- It can get quite dark so may be a good idea to bring a small torch with you to help you navigate your way home after dinner!
- The properties are naturally cool so have ceiling fans, with a natural cooling system, but no aircon.

Agios Nikitas is a small, picturesque village on the northwest coast of Lefkas (Lefkada), an island in the Ionian Sea connected to mainland Greece by a causeway. Characterised by its charming pedestrianised centre, whitewashed houses, and laid-back atmosphere, the village remains one of the island’s most attractive destinations for visitors seeking an authentic yet accessible coastal experience. Agios Nikitas has managed to retain much of its traditional character, avoiding the overdevelopment seen in other parts of the Greek islands while still offering essential tourist infrastructure like tavernas, cafés, and boutique accommodations.
Its main draw is undoubtedly the beach – a narrow arc of turquoise water fringed by golden sand and surrounded by low cliffs and lush vegetation. The beach lies just at the end of the main village street, making it easily walkable from anywhere in town. Though compact, the beach is sheltered and family-friendly, and visitors often hire small boats or kayaks to explore nearby coves and hidden stretches of coast. Milos Beach, a larger and more dramatic stretch of sand just over the hill to the south, is accessible via a scenic footpath or boat and is often cited as one of Lefkada’s best.
The surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities, with trails leading up into the hills above the village that reward walkers with sweeping views of the Ionian Sea and access to traditional inland villages. Despite its relatively remote feel, Agios Nikitas is within easy driving distance of Lefkada Town and other notable spots like Kathisma and Porto Katsiki beaches. Agios Nikitas is particularly well-suited to families with children due to its compact size, walkable layout, and relaxed pace of life. The village is largely pedestrianised, which significantly reduces the risk of traffic and creates a safer, more comfortable environment for children to move around freely. The central promenade is lined with tavernas, gelaterias, and small shops, all within easy reach of each other, so families don’t need to worry about long walks or complicated logistics.
The main beach at Agios Nikitas is another key advantage. Sheltered and gently shelving into calm, clear waters, it is ideal for young swimmers and paddlers. The water quality is excellent, and there are usually sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, making it easy for parents to settle in for a relaxed beach day. For more adventurous families, boat rentals and short hikes to nearby beaches like Milos provide variety without being too demanding.
For a day of less sun, take a drive to the Nydri Waterfalls. A great place to take a picnic, in fact you could stay all day. Other short drives to places of interest would be to the Monestry of Faneromeni and The Karya Fokelore Museum.

Exceptional!!!
Very nice villa, equiped with everything you need, including dishwasher :) We booked it for the sunset views and it did not disappoint, it never gets old. Right atop Milos beach which happens to be my favourite, well worth the aprox 300 steps to get there. It's not easy, but it's manageble. The beautiful town of Agios Nikitas is a short drive away, you can even walk to there, and it's full of nice places to eat. The hosts were nice they provided us with useful information about the island. Thank you Nicole, Natasa and Nikola. I think it's the most beautiful place I ever stayed in and would come again.

Very good
Brillant location roughly 100m above Mylos Beach. Well designed Houses with pool and terraces. We stayed at the highest of three houses of which this and the lowest one grant most privacy. 10-15 minutes to walk downhill ist Agios Nikitas, with tavernas, shops and restaurants. The way back can be a little exhausting but should be no problem when in normal health cond.

The most beautiful place we have ever been to. The most exceptional views, wonderful and super clean villa, nicest and super helpful staff, which was always making sure that everything is great. We loved every moment of our stay here and we will definitely come back!

Magical location
Magical location, overlooking a superb beach with turquoise waters. Ideal for admiring the sunsets. Beautiful infinity pool, very pleasant terrace with a large parasol (essential), spacious and comfortable rooms, clean and functional bathrooms. A short drive to the center of Agios Nikitas where there are small supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Very pleasant to spend the evening there after the heat of the day. Very difficult on the other hand to find parking places in Agios Nikitas (it is possible to go there on foot from the villa but the climb is very steep...).

Stunning!! We absolutely loved staying here .Waking up every morning to the beautiful view was heaven. The food in the aria is delicious and everyone we have met so far have been amazing ag. Nikitas is the best town to stay in after seeing the others but don’t miss a drive to porto katsiki,the beach there was unbelievable. You must go to Margarita for dinner also (Lefkada town).
