Villa Posy is located on the sloping hills overlooking Ammoussa Bay on the south coast of Lefkada, a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. This villa features three spacious double bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for families or groups of friends. Designed by an architect, the single-story villa is set in expansive gardens with lush lawns, offering panoramic mountain and sea views across the Ionian Archipelago toward Ithaca. The property includes private parking, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and both infinity and plunge pools. A concierge team is available to arrange services such as a private chef, yacht charter, or in-villa spa treatments.
The interior of Villa Posy is thoughtfully designed with high-quality materials and modern technology. It is furnished with contemporary pieces, fine art, and modern lighting, using a refined colour palette of earth tones.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by an open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling doors leading to the pool terrace, offering scenic gardens and sea views. The seating area includes a grey wrap-around sofa and rustic handmade furniture. The dining area features a round table for six and a flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen, with light wood and black trim, includes modern appliances, such as a Nespresso coffee maker. To one side of the living area is the Master Bedroom, complete with a double bed, built-in open wardrobe, flat-screen television, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, access to the pool terrace, and a private plunge pool. On the opposite side of the living space are two additional double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. These rooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, and both have access to the pool terrace. A guest cloakroom is also available.
The villa's terrace and gardens offer a serene setting. The infinity swimming pool extends from the central living space into the garden, with sweeping views of the Ionian Sea. The paved terrace includes sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the sun. There are both built-in and free-standing cushioned seating areas where guests can relax and take in the views, whether for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A six-seater round dining set is available for alfresco meals, offering a perfect spot to enjoy freshly grilled local delicacies while watching the sunset.
What you should know…
- You can see the sea, but the nearest accessible beach is a short ten-minute drive from the villa, well worth it for the scenic views
- We highly recommend hiring a car for the duration of your stay, to see all the sights you’d like to see
- There is an adjacent sister villa, perfect if two families are travelling together

How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.
