How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.

Take a trip to Nydri and enjoy a boat trip on the Odysseia, a charming wooden sailboat that will tour the stunning islands of the east coast of Lefkada, exploring wonders such as the Papanikolis Cave, the second largest sea cave in Greece. A fantastic day out, followed up by a delicious ice cream or creperie in Nydri afterwards!
Just 27km away is Vassiliki offering fantastic snorkelling opportunities including “The Wall” a stunning Mediterranean reef. Nautilus Diving club offers two hour boat trips for all the family stopping at all the best spots to explore the waters. Vassiliki Aqua Park offers excellent inflatable climbing walls, slides and even a catapult for thrill seeking kids looking to have fun in the water.
