The lovely surrounding beauty can be admired from the hammock on the charming stone veranda where you’ll be able to watch boats gently bobbing across the sparkling sea waters. The sheltered veranda also features a quaint seating area and bright red sun loungers. You will love looking out over the scenery which includes Nydri, Vlycho bay and the islands of Scorpios, Meganisi and Atokos from the garden’s private pool.
An exterior dining area makes for beautiful al fresco dinners amongst the garden’s spectacular olive and indigenous trees. Dinners enjoyed inside will also boast wonderful views as plenty of windows and glass doors provide vistas over the garden and wider surrounding nature.
The home’s interior benefits from a minimalist design and is bright and airy with plenty of modern features to ensure ultimate comfort for guests. The home possesses cosy sofa chairs, a fully-equipped kitchen and comfy beds.
All three bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and a twin bedroom provides a great place for kids who wish to share a room.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa WaterfallVilla Waterfall lies close by the bustling town of Nydri and a five-minute drive to the village’s centre will lead you to the start of the walk to Nydri Waterfalls. After parking, make your way down the 350m road and you will discover the gorgeous and vibrant waterfalls. The falls are especially magical during the springtime and give off a beautiful mist as the water drops into the lake. If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, there is the opportunity to swim amongst the striking rocks that the waterfall runs on.
Lefkada Earth Winery is a wonderful wine cellar located on the island of Lefkada. The winery is an intriguing and informative centre founded in 2000 by Dimitris Rombotis. Guests can go on a free tour around the cellar and be introduced to the local grape varieties of Vardea and Vertzami. The former variety creates ‘Lefkadian Land White.’ a dry white wine native to the island.
During the tour, you will be able to sample this delicious wine as well as many others with the option of purchasing a bottle before you head home. You will discover the time-honoured winemaking process as well as visit the small museum featuring equipment used to make wine in the past – even though this is a relatively new winery.

Getting There
How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.

Best Suited For: All AgesMikros Gialos is a lovely pebbly and sandy beach around a 40-minute drive away.
This wonderful beach provides everything needed for a full day out. Kids will love spotting the array of fish that live in the crystal clear waters. There is also the option of getting even closer to the underwater life by snorkelling.
Due to the great selection of surrounding restaurants, families will easily be able to spend all day at Mikros Gialos.

Exactly what we were looking for
Can’t say enough about Villa Waterfall. It was exactly what we were looking for. Private, extremely clean, beautiful views and 10-15 away from the town with all the restaurants and the action.
Paul and Harris were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful and I just want to thank them for making our stay that much more comfortable.
Next time I visit beautiful Lefkada, I will definitely stay at this location again.

Just perfect
We arrived as a family (2 teenage girls). The villa is in a lovely place above the bay, there is a pleasant breeze in the evening. There is an amazing view, there is privacy - a secluded villa surrounded by a grove. Paul is a wonderful host he checked every day if we were happy. The pool is great. It is easy to go on trips to the east and west. Just perfect. we will be back Thank you.

Incredibly beautiful
We did really enjoy our stay. The host is super kind and friendly, the communication was without any problems and super fast all the time. Thanks Paul for that service! The view over the other islands and the Mediterranean Sea from the house and pool is incredibly beautiful. To awake with that prospect every morning was a dream. Tip to following guests: Take a motorboat and discover the small islands and bays, that will be one of the best experiences on the island!

Simply beautiful
This villa is simply beautiful. The owner built it one year ago or so and has done everything to such a high standard. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and have the most sublime view of the island. Paul is a great host - when we asked him for recommendations for places to eat with the children - straight away he responded with suggestions of wonderful places to visit. The villa is a bit off the beaten track and this is what attracted us to it - you felt like you were in the middle of no where yet within about a 5-10 minute drive you we're down in the hustle and bustle of Nidri. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Amazing place in a great location!
Amazing place in a great location! The view is spectacular, the house is brand new with great amenities. Three bedroom with three bathrooms. You feel like you are in a 5-star hotel. Our family enjoyed the pool, the beds are very comfortable, high pressure warm water. Dishwasher and laundry are available and we used them because we have kids. We were only there for three days but it felt longer because it felt so relaxing. It was definitely the best time in our two week vacations in Greece. Very close to small villages with good food that Paul recommended. Paul is a great host and hopefully we come back next year.
