Be swept away by this romantic beach-side villa. Treasure Island is exactly as the name suggests, set on its own private island in the Cyclades, Greece. Think pristine Mediterranean landscape (spanning an impressive area of 900 acres) and glistening turquoise sea surrounds. The charming islet – near the island of Evia – was bought over 100 years ago by the current owner’s family, who then built this spectacular neoclassical mansion right on the beach.
The villa is designed with your complete comfort in mind. The main house sleeps 8-9 over four bedrooms, with a further 3 bedrooms for larger parties and an additional small cottage. There are plush furnishings and spacious whitewashed rooms with tall ceilings and glass windows adding that extra feeling of light and space. The terraces all around the building allow you to effortlessly find your prime relaxing spot while enjoying those picture-worthy vistas of the unspoiled landscape including tiny, uninhabited islets and distant mountains across the sea. Behind the villa, there’s also a barbecue area with a large wooden table for up to twenty people – the perfect place to socialise and dine alfresco. There's even a cute little chapel on the island.
The entrance hall sets the luxury tone of this villa with its antique French windows and vintage furniture. There’s also a living, kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for family and friends to unwind. Bedrooms at Treasure Island each have their own marble en-suite bathroom, featuring classic floor tiling and fixtures, and some have statement original cast iron bathtubs. The grand master suite perhaps steals the show though with its king-size bed and a large Cycladic wood-burning fireplace. French windows lead to the suite's terrace with lounge chairs.
This idyllic retreat on the northern edge of the Cyclades will show you the most serene and authentic side of Greece. When you’re not exploring your slice of paradise on land via scenic walks or bike rides, aquatic off-shore adventures beckon. Look for vibrantly-coloured fish when scuba diving or snorkelling, sail around the unspoilt coastline or simply sink into the soft sand on the beach. When you’re done for the day, know that cooling air conditioning and heavenly seating await.
Note: The island shown in aerial shot is one of the group of islands in the estate but not where the main accommodation is, for privacy reasons. Guests are able to visit this island during their stay.

The island is absolutely stunning! We loved the views, the food and the atmosphere.
The island is absolutely stunning! We loved the views, the food and the atmosphere.
Our favorite parts were the church with its rich history and the amazing sunsets we watched from the dock. It is an amazing location for larger groups as well as for smaller ones.
I do hope that one day I shall visit you again.
It is an amazing place to come to for some peace and quiet and to disconnect from the busy and noisy city life.
The house is stunning, very Mediterranean and authentic while incorporating modern features and comfort. As we already mentioned we absolutely loved the bathrooms and the living room design.
The sights are breathtaking. The water is so clear and exploring the coasts was very entertaining. Honestly getting to enjoy the sunsets in an intimate atmosphere was very soothing. We do recommend everyone to get the special water shoes for maximum comfort, as they are very useful if one wants to go exploring the coasts. That was great advice!
The food, especially the fresh tomatoes, the tzatziki and the fresh fish was amazing. We send our warmest regards to Alessandro who was absolutely delightful and my mother declared his lamb roast as the best she’s ever had.
Overall we wish you and your husband all the best and we truly hope you will keep on preserving and protecting this little corner of heaven you have. -
You made us feel at home
Thank you as well for your unparalleled kindness and simplicity. You made us feel at home, not only your house/island is a blessed place, far from the real world!
I felt the Mediterranean scents in the air, in the herbs, by the sea as well as in the kitchen shelves or your all embracing welcome!
“If you are looking for the real Mediterranean experience,
If you want to share authentic moments with friends or family
If you want to cut with the speed of life
If simplicity, refinement, comfort, and slow time are the real luxury you seek
If natural home grown, freshly fished products is what you want to eat
Greek island private retreat is your destination
Not only will you find all this but also a piece of the Greek 20th century history." -
We still talk about it all the time
We still talk about it all the time … the kids always tell us it was the best vacation they ever had! You were impeccable hosts.

Magical
We visited the magic Treasure Island July 2019 with an extended family of all ages and abilities from babies to Octogenerians and a 92 yr old grandad. In the running up to the trip Maria was exceptionally reassuring and supportive towards all of our needs
And the magic of arrival! You can t quite explain the feeling of arriving in this pocket of paradise, clear waters, warm hospitality and greeting, beautiful rooms and layout, enough privacy or group intimacy beautiful views, sunsets, sunrises, walks, snorkelling, water sports on request, nothing was too much trouble. Both maria and maritz were available fir every need alongside their support staff. They were very flexible with our requests and needs.
And the food! We hired their recommended chef since we were a group of 18 and we were served up food three times a day using local produce. He was a geniuis in creative tastes, flavours, food and cuisine. It was the best experience of food diversity and choice! He was amazing and added the extra magic the experience.
The island itself really is a pocket of paradise and an authentic unique Greek experience. The smells, the walk to the monestary, eating alfresco, swimming in the clear waters, hiring the boat and exploring the local islands, and the beauty of peace and quiet and the sound of the sea. It was one of those once in a lifetime experiences.

Five out of Five
Treasure Island is a corner of authentic Greek paradise. We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed every minute of our stay, exploring beaches, jumping off cliffs into the sea, kite surfing, learning about the rich history of the island and meeting the very friendly collection of animals that Maria looks after.
-
Very Good Stay
We so enjoyed our stay on the island! The house is wonderful and we felt very looked after—lovely linens and towels, warm and attentive service from the owners and staff, and gorgeous views at every turn—but the island is really what makes this place so special. Yes, the water is sublime, and the sunsets are to die for, but walking back from a swim on one of the deserted beaches, plucking warm figs from the trees to nibble on before dinner, and meeting the many animals that call this island home—this experience can't be had in your 'typical' accommodation. This is as authentic as it gets and we can't wait to return!

Magical
We visited this amazing island in June 2016 with our team as our first ever summer vacations together as a company and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We arrived earlier and met with the amazing hosts who were incredibly kind to show us around and tell us the story behind this amazing island and how they landed here over an amazing dinner and some fantastic wine!
Then they worked tirelessly to get the place ready for our team and it couldn’t have been more perfect when they arrived the next day! they managed to fit every single one of us in lovely rooms that had been prepared and redecorated for us - all super comfortable and incredibly charming!
The island in itself i don’t even know where to start - its really magical - we all felt like we were so lucky to be experiencing it! All the amazing beaches across the coast that we could enjoy on our own to sit enjoy the sun or swim for hours!! the amazing scenery at every turn you’d take, the unspoilt nature and the consideration the hosts have for this place and how carefully they treat it its really inspiring!
The vegetables they grow themselves in the garden made for wonderfull dinners at the amazing barbecue with the whole team around the table resting after a long day of walking, swimming and enjoying ourselves! we even had a local fisherman deliver incredibly fresh fish for us specially that the hosts arranged!
We couldn’t have been more looked after, we were taken in walks around the island to tell us about the history and enjoy the views from the top, we were prepared beautiful dinners and were always looked after incredibly well!
The hosts even help us plan an amazing boat trip in an ancient greek sailing boat across the neighbouring islands where we could enjoy swimming in transparent waters and sailing around all together lounging on the deck of the boat - it was the perfect ending for a magical trip!!
we bonded over the time we had to spend together in such a wonderful place and all of us left with the precious gift of a home made honey jar that at least was a little treasure to keep from an amazing trip!
im sure if you ask every member of our team now they still hold precious memories and we all long the time we can go back , thank you so much for everything.
Don't miss out! Reserve now and get a full refund if you change your mind within 48hrs.
