Kyros Estate offers a premier venue for celebrations, situated in a prime location with panoramic views of the turquoise waters and the nearby Paros and Naxos Islands. It is conveniently within walking distance of the renowned Paradise and Paraga beaches. The estate features two luxurious villas, each with 8-bedroom suites and en-suite bathrooms, infinity swimming pools, additional relaxation or children’s pools, high-quality furnishings, playrooms, notable artworks, and various relaxation spaces.
The Villa is one of the largest accommodations in Mykonos, hosting up to 32 guests, making it suitable for events such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. The estate includes a private bay with anchoring capabilities, extensive landscaped grounds, and ample entertainment space. Each villa can be booked separately for 16 guests.
Kyros Estate can help realize the ultimate holiday experience. Supplementary services such as yacht charters, professional chef services, on-site wellness treatments, diving courses, executive car rentals, and babysitting can be arranged with advance notice.
The estate features a total of 16 luxury bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, two guest cloakrooms, two indoor dining rooms, two kitchens, and two indoor playrooms. The decor is elegant and neutral. The ground floors have open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas that lead to outdoor covered dining and lounge areas with sea views.
All bedroom suites are on the lower floor with access to the outdoor terrace, swimming pools, and private bay. The landscaped grounds include a chapel. The pools are surrounded by sun loungers and pergolas for shade. Despite being two separate villas, the estate offers ample space for guests to gather indoors and outdoors, with numerous lounge areas providing quiet spots. Traditional Mykonian style elements blend seamlessly with contemporary minimalistic design throughout the estate.
What you should know…
- It is worth noting that the Estate is the combination of Villa Kyros I and Villa Kyros II, which have their own separate access
- There are four swimming pools in total, two of which are shallow relaxation pools which would also be suitable and perfect for young children
- The two villas on the estate, Villa Kyros I and II, can be booked separately
- If you have an occasion to celebrate, arrangements can be made for additional party services
- The villa is within hearing distance of the beach clubs but the villa building is soundproofed

Location
About the surrounding area of Kyros EstateMykonos, the Ibiza of the Greek islands, is upmarket, beautiful and has a lot to boast about. The pretty, whitewashed villages, 25 stunning beaches, an enviable dining scene, trendy beach clubs and over 800 chapels and churches make the island one of the most popular of the Greek islands.
Mykonos Town is vibrant, picturesque and charming with narrow, cobbled lanes draped with bougainvillaea and the balconies of the whitewashed buildings decorated with colourful flower boxes. Matogliani Street is brimming with label-laden designer shops and sparkling jewellery shops. Cosy cafes and chic piano bars hug the pavements, and the gourmet restaurants offer an enviable dining scene. The attractive area of Little Venice hugs the turquoise waterside and is brimming with art galleries, buzzy bars and cute little souvenir shops. Visitors arrive with their cameras to photograph the glorious sun going down. The island’s picture-postcard windmills rest on the hillside close to the beautiful whitewashed Paraportiani Church.
The picturesque Ano Mera village enjoys a rustic-chic vibe. The beautiful, restored Panagia Tourlaina Monastery sits in a lovely square. Ano Mera has a lovely atmosphere where many locals hang out. It is especially popular for Sunday brunch.
Paradise Beach Club is an all-day party destination. It celebrates 50 years of history and you can meet visitors from all over the world whilst dancing to the hottest tunes being spun by the world’s best DJ’s. It has won awards for being one of the best clubs worldwide and has attracted the likes of Tiesto to play exclusive and massive sets. Tables and booths can be booked in advance to guarantee the best party experience.
Paraga Beach neighbours Paradise Beach and is stunning and very popular. There are amazing views of the island of Delos. It is set in a picturesque landscape with lively restaurants and bars with fine, silvery sand and rocks forming a natural diving platform. The organised sunbeds and parasols and beach bars create a gorgeous summer scene.

Best Suited For: All AgesKyros Estate is the perfect destination for a large family celebration and can easily accommodate children. There is an incredible amount of space, there are two shallow children’s pools as well as the gorgeous infinity ones, and there are playrooms in the villas. The landscaped gardens are stunning with walkways all around.
You can walk to Paradise and Paraga Beaches where you will find sunbeds, parasols, bars, restaurants and many watersports on offer. There are 25 beaches in total on the island, many of which are child-friendly. Many have watersports and some have playgrounds. Water taxis can be taken from some of the beaches to beach hop in the south. There are several diving schools should you want to learn to dive. Boat trips can be booked to take you snorkelling to discover the underwater world.
Mykonos Town is very attractive, super for families and excellent for dinner with its huge range of cosmopolitan menus. There is fine dining, traditional Greek, plenty of Italian pasta and just about everything else you may fancy! Children will enjoy the warren of little narrow streets and the outdoor cinema set in a pretty little botanical garden. Films are shown at 9pm and 11pm, some suitable for children. There is also a lovely restaurant in the square. Children will also enjoy Little Venice with its cute souvenir shops and the picturesque windmills on the hill.
Children that enjoy being active will love exploring the island, either by hiking or cycling. You will be able to hire bikes or take a cycling tour where you will be guided to isolated beaches, pretty villages and through the lush, green interior of the island.
