The fabulous Villa Linen offers characterful accommodation on this wonderful Mykonos Estate, high on the hills between Super Paradise and Paradise beaches. The main villa features three lovely bedroom suites and stunning living spaces for families or groups of friends. In addition, it is possible to book two guest houses to sleep an additional four guests or our Villa Chantilly on the same estate. Guests staying at Villa Linen enjoy breathtaking sea views, and magical moments enjoying colourful sunsets and alfresco meals. There is charm and character in abundance.
 
The exceptional spacious Estate enjoys 10,000 square metres of beautiful, natural space overlooking the sea. It boasts its own helipad, church and ancient Greek-style outdoor theatre. In addition, the Estate manages another villa that we feature, Villa Cotton which is situated within walking distance of Kalafatis Beach. The estate’s private church makes it a fantastic location for weddings, baptisms, renewals of vows or other special events. The estate provides you with your own party venue or a paradise of calm and peace.
 
The villa boasts a huge open-plan living space as well as superb outdoor entertainment spaces. The living area enjoys a wonderful blend of built-in sofas as well as contemporary freestanding ones. There is a wall-mounted television for your entertainment and a fabulous kitchen for your self-catering meals. The villa enjoys a wonderfully inviting atmosphere with traditional Cycladic charm.
 
The main villa offers three excellent bedroom suites, all with their own built-in bathrooms. The master suite is a truly amazing wonder, a cavernous delight with a private terrace, lounge furniture and a jacuzzi bath overlooking the sea, and there are stunning sunrises and sunsets from the large terrace. You will find exposed stone walls, boulders and other natural features. Crisp white linens and chic soft furnishings adorn the characterful beds. Villa Linen’s guests enjoy superb surroundings, heavenly views, vast outdoor space and privacy. This gorgeous villa offers an astonishing equilibrium of Aegean simplicity, comfort and a remarkable holiday experience in the heart of tranquil Cycladic waters.
 
Villa Linen comes with sensational outdoor space. There are gorgeous shaded areas for alfresco lounging and dining, a barbecue, a stunning alfresco dining area, and a beautiful swimming pool and the terrace is sprinkled with luxury loungers. These areas are enveloped by large boulders, stone walls and wonderful Mediterranean planting. What you should know…

  • We feature another villa on the estate, Villa Chantilly plus there are two one-bedroom guest houses. If you do not have enough space in the villa you may be interested in taking one of the other villas or a guest house or two. You will need to select 8 or 10 capacity to enjoy the use of 1 or 2 guest houses.
  • Please let us know if you are interested in any special services while you stay at Villa Linen
  • There are staff onsite, at the Estate, they are available if you need assistance.
  • There is a light clean daily. If you want a more thorough clean this is charged as extra, but must be booked.
  • The villa is a short drive from the airport, you may hear the planes but they don't fly at night.

Villa Linen is excellent for families. If you want to take a holiday with other families or friends with children, you might be interested in Villa Chantilly too. The villa enjoys a wonderful pool and gorgeous garden and terrace areas.
 
Mykonos is an island surrounded by stunning beaches. There are many to choose from, some highly organised with beach clubs and watersports and others quieter. Elia Beach is fantastic for families with its long stretch of silvery sand. There are plenty of watersports on offer. Kalafatis also offers a fantastic range of watersports, as does Platys Gialos. You can enjoy boat trips in catamarans, ribs or glass-bottom boats. You can also explore the coastline in kayaks. GoDive Mykonos PADI Diving Resort is just one of the dive schools offering mini-courses with free underwater photographs, snorkelling trips, boat trips and full courses. They regularly visit the famous shipwreck of ‘Anna II’, the inspiring reefs in Kalo Livadi and Lis, the cave systems in Tragonisi as well as other diving sites around the island.
 
Children enjoy visiting Mykonos Town with its interesting Archaeological and Maritime museums and its shops where they can buy souvenirs. They also enjoy the open-air cinema. Children are fascinated by the windmills and the sunset views of Little Venice.
 
Yummy Pedals, Mykonos aim to offer visitors authentic images of Mykonos on their cycle tours. You will discover unique and peaceful beaches on the north coast, delightful countryside and farmlands on the tour. The tour ends at the Vioma organic farm and vineyard where you can taste the local products. Mykonos has a hilly interior, quiet backcountry roads and tranquil villages to cycle through.
 
Raceland Pista Kart makes for a thrilling excursion which is open every day. Children can ride with their parents and have a super fun time.
 
Mykonos is the gateway to the sacred island of Delos, the mythical birthplace of Apollo and Aphrodite. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most important and well-preserved archaeological sites in Greece. There are daily boat trips from Mykonos Town. Children love learning about the history of the island.

Security deposit €4000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.

Please note that in order to have access to all five bedrooms you will need to select 10 guests at the time of booking. Those travelling in smaller groups of up to 6 or 8, can benefit from a lower rate, however will only have access to 3 or 4 of the bedrooms.


The Greek government requires owners to collect a Tourist Climate Tax, your property manager will collect this in cash:
