Santorini, an enchanting island in the Aegean Sea, is renowned for its stunning landscapes, unique architecture, and vibrant history. Formed by a massive volcanic eruption in ancient times, the island boasts dramatic cliffs, black sand beaches, and crystal-clear waters.

Villa Triton is located in the picturesque village of Imerovigli, perched on the highest point of the caldera cliffs in Santorini. Renowned for its stunning panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island's iconic sunsets, it offers a serene and less crowded alternative to the more bustling towns of Fira and Oia. The village is characterized by its traditional Cycladic architecture, featuring whitewashed houses, blue-domed churches, and narrow, winding pathways. A key highlight is the Skaros Rock, an ancient fortress providing breathtaking vistas and a glimpse into the island's medieval history. Imerovigli’s tranquil ambience and fine dining options make it a perfect destination for travellers seeking a romantic and peaceful getaway.

The island is steeped in history, with archaeological sites such as Akrotiri offering glimpses into its ancient Minoan civilization. Culinary delights, including fresh seafood and local wines from volcanic soil, further enhance Santorini's allure, making it a must-visit destination for travellers seeking a blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and culinary excellence.

  • A magical stay

    on 08/07/2024

This villa could not have been a more magical stay. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants and a mini mart nearby. The Concierge service is top notch, and breakfast on the terrace was always delicious. I highly recommend this Villa.

  • What an absolutely delightful stay!

    on 21/06/2024

What an absolutely delightful stay! Svaty and her team were kind, thorough, enjoyable and helpful. The accommodations were perfect and the view of the Caldera even more so!

  • It was exceptional!!

    on 21/06/2024

We have visited Santorini twice before and stayed in very nice hotels so this was our first private villa experience…and it was exceptional!! Our group included 5 couples and we all agreed that the Villa was perfect for our Santorini visit. The overall quality, cleanliness and location of the villa (yes, you can watch the sunset from the villa) was all we could hope for. Being located in Imerovigli, you are away from the crowds that make Oia and Fira difficult to navigate and enjoy. But what made our stay most special was the personalized service that Svati, the host, provided before and during our visit. While I’ve stayed in Airbnbs and VRBOs many times, NEVER did it include an on-site host. Svati helped arrange an on-site dinner with a private chef, reservations at excellent restaurants (ones not clogged with tourists) and – best of all -she set up a sunset sailing trip on a fabulous 46′ catamaran that was easily the highlight of our Santorini experience.

  • Stunning sunsets

    on 18/06/2024

We have been to Santorini four times and really like Imerovigli as a home base to enjoy the island. The sunsets here are stunning without the crowds, especially if you are staying at this villa. This gorgeous villa exceeded our expectations and had absolutely serene vibes. As the “cruise director” of our group trip to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary, I am so grateful to Svati, Billy, and Maria for their excellent support and service. I felt like I had the dream team to make all our wishes come true, starting from the delicious and personalized breakfast that accommodated dietary restrictions, to yoga (led by Svati!), refreshing pool and hot tub dips that was cleaned every morning, with refreshed towels, daily invisible housekeeping, to managing transportation and logistics. We also appreciated the help with our luggage; although the stairs are not that steep compared to some other villas we have stayed at in the past.

The Grecian cavern-like architecture, beautiful interior, and comfortable beds, plus the refrigerators and ice machine, were appreciated by our group of well-traveled friends. Oh, and that spectacular view includes Skaros rock and neighboring islands. Tip: Be sure to visit Mikra Thira winery on Thirasia islet. The villa perches right above the Caldera path, which is convenient to walk to restaurants, Oia and Fira villages. I really missed Svati when I went on to other islands, as she was instrumental in our daily planning. The private chef team for a welcome dinner was also a highlight of our stay, including the yoga and massages on that gorgeous patio. I am recommending this to all our friends, and when we go back, I will certainly, without hesitation, return to this Villa. Not only was it a beautiful villa, situated in a perfect location, it included a staff to make any stay memorable.

  • The most beautiful place I've ever stayed!

    on 18/06/2024

The villa might be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed! We rented the entire villa and every room was perfectly decorated in the Greek style. But, it’s the staff that takes the villa to a whole other level. Beautiful, delicious breakfasts were served under a delightful pagoda that looks directly out to the sea. We had massages by the refreshing pool after an invigorating yoga class. I would definitely recommend to friends and would go back. Again and again.
A shout out to Svati who handled everything with grace and hospitality.
The rooms feel like Greek whitewashed caves. Beautiful linens and luxury amenities. Every detail like beautiful and functional lighting have been considered.

  • A wonderful time

    on 08/06/2024

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa. Svati was always available and helpful with any need we had. The breakfast was exceptional every morning and the villa was beautiful. We enjoyed the beautiful deck and pool with the hot weather during the day and the cool breeze at night. We were visiting Santorini for my son’s wedding and Svati was so helpful as the bride and bridesmaids got prepared in the villa. Her recommendation for sailing was perfect. It was a highlight we will treasure. Thank you Svati for making our trip exceptional.

  • Trip of a Lifetime.

    on 01/06/2024

The Villa was a beautiful property overlooking the Caldera. The sunsets were breathtaking every single night. The villa was as promised with clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, delicious custom breakfast every morning, and more. Best of all was the kindness and helpfulness of the property manager, Svati, and her staff, Billy and Maria. Svati helped us with everything we needed from arranging excursions, transfers to and from the airport and other activities, and even some unexpected health issues that came up. Our group ranged in age from 9 to 81 and everyone had an amazing experience that we will treasure forever!

  • Most Memorable Stay Ever

    on 16/05/2024

Pictures don’t do this property justice and it’s only further enhanced by the staff and attention to detail. Our group of 10 friends thoroughly enjoyed this breathtaking villa. Svati was the perfect hostess and really made sure all details would lead to a wonderful experience. She arranged for all transfers, made recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and arranged for a sunset catamaran tour. Her and the staff were always available without feeling like they were lingering. Housekeeping kept the whole villa spotless without us ever seeing them. They were like a ghost. The home itself is the most amazing and unique place I’ve stayed. We enjoyed being in Imerovigli where it was quiet but we could easily walk to Firostefani or Fira. We also hiked to Oia one day and Svati arranged for a car to bring us back. It’s hard to find the right words to describe how beautiful the villa is. Our group will have wonderful memories that will last a lifetime from our stay. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to some day stay there again.

  • Best stay ever in Santorini!

    on 08/05/2024

My group of 10 and I stayed at the villa last month for 4 nights. My (now) husband and I got married on the property with a small 12-person wedding. It was everything we could have wanted and more!!
