Upon entering Villa Kairos, you'll notice its contemporary design and open-plan layout. A double sofa bed for extra guests, and there's a convenient family bathroom nearby. The kitchen holds an espresso machine, fridge freezer and all you need to cook up a feast.
Upstairs, you'll find two generously sized master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite with shower. Sliding glass doors in the bedrooms open onto private balconies, providing beautiful views of the Ionian Sea.
Outside, the villa boasts a private infinity pool and well-maintained gardens, offering the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Guests can also enjoy private access to the seafront and just a short walk away from the villa.

About the surrounding area of Villa KairosPerched on the mountainside overlooking the Ionian Archipelagos, the villa offers stunning vistas with Zavia beach just a ten minute walk away and Mikri Ammos and Mega Ammos beaches a five minute drive. Also, a 5-minute drive away, the quaint fishing town and port of Sivota beckons for morning coffee by the sea and a glimpse of the local fishermen's daily catch. It's from Sivota's port you can arrange with the concierge a private boat charter to explore Greece's secluded beaches and hidden coves along the west coastline.
Just a short distance away by boat lies Paxos, perhaps the epitome of Greek island charm, along with its neighbour Anti-Paxos, renowned for its small vineyards and crystal-clear waters. Hop on a sea taxi, pack your swimsuit, and don't forget your camera!
A quick 30-minute drive from Sivota leads you to vibrant Parga, boasting a Venetian castle and narrow streets bustling with seafood eateries. Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade and be sure to visit the unique museum showcasing the town's rich history as an olive oil producer.
Located approximately 40 minutes south of Sivota, Glyki Village awaits, alongside the breath-taking Acheron Gorge. Getting There
How to reach Sivota
There are three ways to reach Sivota: by flight, ferry and car or by flight and car.
By plane and car: Sivota is on the mainland of Greece, getting there either fly to Preveza Airport (code PVK) which has many international flights, and drive approx. 100km, Ioannina Airport (IOA) has domestic flights plus the drive is 165km to Sivota or fly to Corfu, get a taxi to Corfu port, then get a ferry to Igoumenitsa, then pick up a car or taxi to Sivota, approx. 25km

If you’re up for a day trip, why not head to Epirus’ capital, Ioannina. A cultural treasure chest, stepping foot in the capital is equivalent to leaping back in time. The old quarter houses a 6th-century church, the Cathedral of St Athanasius and boasts views of a mountain range that turns lilac come sunset.
