Set just a 5-minute walk away from the sandy beach of Agios Nikolaus. For restaurants and amenities, Sivota harbour and village is just a 5-minute drive (or a 25-minute walk) away. The beautiful coastlilne boasts endless sandy bays, rocky coves featuring the fine white coarse sand and aquamarine waters. Mega Ammos is one of the most well known and Vrakas Bay famous for its watersports, both within easy reaching distance of Villa Pitoulis.

Getting There
How to reach Sivota
There are three ways to reach Sivota: by flight, ferry and car or by flight and car.
By plane and car: Sivota is on the mainland of Greece, getting there either fly to Preveza Airport (code PVK) which has many international flights, and drive approx. 100km, Ioannina Airport (IOA) has domestic flights plus the drive is 165km to Sivota or fly to Corfu, get a taxi to Corfu port, then get a ferry to Igoumenitsa, then pick up a car or taxi to Sivota, approx. 25km

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Pitoulis makes an excellent choice for families travelling with children. The lovely sandy beach of Aghios Nikolaus is a five minute walk away while Sivota harbour and village is just a five minute drive away (or twenty-five minute walk) and has a variety of family-friendly restaurants. The infinity swimming pool is heated in May, June, September and October so perfect for little ones to enjoy splashing in the pool amid the cooler climates at the beginning and end of the season. A travel cot and highchair can also be provided on request.

Birds Eye Views
We found this villa to be very special in every way. Positioned on top of a steep hill, from every window the views are amazing. The villa is extremely private and feels exclusive and luxurious. The decor is clean and contemporary with added charm. The outdoor deck, pool and numerous verandas with comfortable seating made it hard to tear ourselves away. Being part of the hotel nearby and having the use of their facilities is a bonus although we didn’t feel the need for anything beyond the villa, but we were looked after by the staff very well if we needed anything. Hire a boat to discover syvota a must. The marina nearby with numerous restaurants (some better than others) bakeries etc. useful.

The villa is created with such thoughtfulness and elegance and we feel very privileged to have been able to stay.
