Villa Osias is a modern villa situated within a hillside amphitheatre, overlooking Mykonos old town and the waters of the Aegean Sea. The villa features eight spacious ensuite bedrooms, three in the main house and five in separate exterior suites. It can accommodate up to sixteen guests, making it suitable for large family gatherings or groups of friends.

The villa spans 383 square meters and is built over three-tiered stories, constructed from white-washed Cycladic stone. It includes private parking and an alarm system for security, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. The interiors feature wood timber beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for ample natural light. The villa is furnished with contemporary pieces, equipped with high-end facilities, and decorated with modern art and sculptures in a palette of whites, greys, and beiges.

The main villa offers an open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling sea view windows and white curtains that allow in natural light and air. Adjacent to this is a dining area with a ten-seater table and chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, and coffee maker. This floor also houses two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a guest cloakroom. Additionally, there are three separate attached suites on this level, each with a double bed, ensuite bathrooms, and a veranda with sea views.

The upper floor features a master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony with sea views. The ground floor includes two more attached suites, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with ensuite bathrooms.

The terrace offers views of the sea and Mykonos town. It includes an infinity swimming pool, sun loungers, a shaded pergola with cushioned seating, and a dining table for alfresco meals. The area is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, with a barbeque for outdoor cooking and views of the town's evening lights.

What you should know…

For super large groups or families, there is a seven bedroom sister villa, Villa Zenaida, that can be rented together, subject to availability
Although the villa overlooks Mykonos town, it is a ten minute drive in, and a steep walk down
We recommend hiring a car to see all of the sights you wish to see, although there is an excellent taxi and public transport network across the island

Villa Osias is situated on a hillside overlooking the old town of Mykonos, part of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea. Mykonos is a small island, measuring only ten by fifteen kilometres, making all destinations a short drive away.

The villa is a few kilometres from Mykonos Airport, which hosts both local and international flights. Nearby Naxos and Syros also have airports. The closest beach is Ornos, 2.5 kilometres away, featuring traditional tavernas and a harbour with boats to local beaches and Delos. The coastline offers various beaches and beach clubs, such as Buddha Beach Bar, family-friendly Agios Stephanos, and party-centric Super Paradise Beach.

Mykonos town (Chora) is a ten-minute drive away, offering colourful Cycladic houses, luxury boutiques, seafront dining, and cultural attractions like the Archaeological Museum, Folk Museum, and Maritime Museum. Key landmarks include the Kato Mili windmills and Little Venice, best enjoyed at sunset.

A visit to Mykonos is incomplete without a sea excursion. Options include catamaran trips, yacht charters, and sunset cruises. Day trips to the nearby island of Tinos and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Delos are also recommended.

The town also hosts the Archaeological Museum, Maritime Museum, Folk Museum, and Lena’s House. A walk along the seafront leads to Little Venice and the island's windmills. End of stay cleaning included?	Yes and mid-stay cleaning also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access?	Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
