Originally built in the late 18th century, it was fully renovated in 2010 to create a beautiful balance of traditional and contemporary design.
The villa spans two floors. The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room for 12 guests, and a cosy TV room with a large flat-screen TV and sound system. The formal living room offers a quiet space for reading or relaxation. On the first floor, accessible via an elevator or staircase, you’ll find six bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings and private bathrooms. The master suite includes a private terrace overlooking the pool and a luxurious bathroom with an oversized tub and double sink.
Villa Marinara’s amenities include a heated swimming pool surrounded by a traditional Capri colonnade, an outdoor dining area with a grill and pizza oven, and a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi, fire pit, and panoramic views. For added relaxation, the villa offers a gym, sauna, and laundry facilities.
Located just a few minutes from the central shopping district, Villa Marinara provides a peaceful retreat close to the island’s amenities, making it the ideal getaway in Capri.
What you should know…
- Due to being located on the island of Capri, a ferry is required to reach this property. Ferries from Naples to Capri depart from two ports: the Molo Beverello and the Calata Porta di Massa. Ferries for Capri depart from Sorrento's Marina Piccola port. High speed ferries for Capri depart from Positano, Amalfi, and Salerno. Routes are only active during the summer from April through October.
- Due to the property’s terraced outside grounds, families with small children should take extra care.
- Please note that small children shouldn’t be left alone when using the elevator.
- Whilst this property has 6 bedrooms, one of the sitting areas in the master bedroom can be converted into a seventh bedroom on request. Please enquire for more details.
