- While the nearest beach and restaurant are only a very short distance away, please note that the path is very steep and is via 450 steps.
- Beaches along this stretch of the coastline are typically small and pebbly, with some offering rented sun beds for convenience.
- Access to the property is via 104 steps from the coastal road. Whilst parking is available, it is at an extra cost.
- Whilst this property can sleep up to 10 guests, please note that two guests will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Ligiani is an excellent destination for a family holiday, with a variety of activities nearby to keep children entertained. Sorrento makes a great day trip, and its beaches, such as Marina Grande and Marina Piccola, are great spots for children to enjoy swimming in calm, clear waters. You can also rent pedal boats or go on a family-friendly boat trip to explore the coastline. This city is famous for its gelato, and many local gelaterias offer tours or classes where kids can learn how to make their own delicious Italian ice cream. Visiting a lemon grove is also a fun and educational experience. At places like I Giardini di Cataldo, children can learn about the cultivation of Sorrento's famous lemons and taste fresh lemonade.
