Thanks to the large glass windows, this property offers a chic, contemporary interior with a bright and airy feel. You will feel right at home at this property with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
Take a dip in the infinity pool as you gaze in awe at the natural scenery, or unwind on the sun loungers provided on the terrace. Spend an evening enjoying a family meal outside at the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace.
This home offers a magnificent location in an excellent complex boasting impressive sea views, just a 10-minute drive from the town centre of Capo D’Orlando. The wonderful town of Capo D’Orlando has plenty to do and see. Be sure to walk along the promenade and try some terrific restaurants dotted along the harbour. Moreover, the closest beach is just a 5-minute drive away in the charming village of San Gregorio.
What you should know…
- For larger groups, Casa Rolanda, Casa Ventaglio and Casa Cannamela are within the same compound, and all three villas can be rented out together. Casa Cannamela is adjoined to Casa Maria Eugenia, although the entrances are separate, allowing privacy to be maintained.
- Due to the hillside location, a car is recommended for this property.
- Casa Cannamela sleeps six guests comfortably across three double bedrooms. Two additional guests can be accommodated on the double sofa bed in one of the living rooms.

About the surrounding area of Casa CannamelaSituated in an excellent complex offering remarkable sea views, just a 10-minute drive from the town centre of Capo D’Orlando, this villa provides an exceptional location. From Casa Cannamela, you are only a 5-minute drive away from the closest beach, the gorgeous Spiaggia di San Gregorio, located in the idyllic village of San Gregorio. Whilst here, head for a stroll around this picturesque village. Be sure to stop by the main square, which is full of life, especially during the summer.
The phenomenal hike along the Sentiero Goletta footpath also begins from this square. During this unique hike, you will be fully immersed in nature and be able to see some spectacular views. Furthermore, the tremendous Terme Bagnoli is only a 5-minute drive away, where you can see the ruins of ancient Roman thermal baths dating back to the 3rd century.
The town centre of the fantastic town of Capo D’Orlando is only 10 minutes away by car. Stop by the 17th-century Sanctuary of Maria Santissima di Capo d’Orlando, a well-known pilgrim destination in this famous coastal resort. In addition, don’t miss the town’s lighthouse, which dates back to the 1900s and has a lovely lake nearby. This town offers a delightful harbour area with some amazing restaurants to try out and even the opportunity to catch a boat to the jaw-dropping Aeolian Islands.
Moreover, the fascinating city of Messina, where you can find culture and history on every corner, is only an hour away by car. Be sure to visit the Catedral di Messina, La Fontana di Nettuno and the Santuario Parrocchia Santa Maria di Montalto. In addition, the breathtaking coastal town of Cefalù is just an hour and 10 minutes away from the property. As well as heading for a swim in the sea and soaking up the sun on the beach here, don’t miss Cefalù’s charming old town and its captivating Norman Cathedral. On top of this, be sure to see Porta Pescara, Piazza del Duomo and the impressive Rocca di Cefalù whilst here.

The promenade is lined with restaurants and shops to stop in, and from here, you can also see some beautiful sunsets. It is also possible to take a boat trip from the harbour, which will take you to the captivating Aeolian Islands.
