What you should know…
- To enjoy the most of the nearby area of Lake Como, a car is recommended
- Please note the beautiful Villa and garden are on various levels with steps and steep terraces
- The terrace is nestled on a hillside, so please mind that children need to be supervised
- The delightful pool is unfenced, children must be supervised
- A cot, pushchair, highchair and camp bed are available at an extra cost, on request.
- Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once we have checked availability with the owner or their property manager.
- Please note that published rates are only valid for the current year. Any bookings for subsequent years will be on request only and correct rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- When maximum capacity is not booked, certain rooms will be unavailable for guests to use.
- Villa Delle Betulle is made up of the main villa, which sleeps up to 9 guests across 2 double beds,2 twin-beds(can be double) and 1 single bed, and an adjoining annexe call Hermitage which can sleep 2 guests in a twin-bed(can be double) and adjoining anexe "Casetta" which can sleep 4 guests across a twin-bed(can be double) and a 2 beds in a bunk bed(children preferably) and both offers additional privacy.
