Overview
Wake up to the sunlight glistening on Lake Garda, the smell of fresh coffee filling the room and the gentle Italian breeze rustling in the trees. What better way to start your day in Northern Italy?
Casa delle Arche is a luxury villa, that has recently been built in the eco-modern style. It takes full advantage of its perfectly positioned perch, overlooking Lake Garda with full-length windows that invite the breathtaking views into each room.
The five-bedroom villa accommodates 10 guests and is split over two levels. The ground floor is where all of the living spaces are, as well as an en-suite bedroom, utility area and another bathroom. As you wind up the stairs, you are greeted by even more beautiful views over Lake Garda, as well as the four remaining bedrooms, all of which are doubles, as well as two family bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms are very spacious and together with the cosiness of the other two small ones welcome a restful slumber. The four upstairs bedrooms all have large glass doors to the patio, with an uninterrupted lake vista, while the downstairs bedroom leads out onto the garden, with an equally as beautiful view of the lake.
The living spaces are open plan, offering plenty of space for the whole family to gather and share meals and movie nights. It’s the finer details that make a real difference, and this villa has those well and truly covered. From a Nespresso machine to satisfy your morning caffeine fix to a safe for any valuables.
With an unforgettable view, it’s no surprise this villa takes full advantage of the outdoor area. Begin the day with breakfast at the outdoor dining table and spend your afternoons swimming or catching some sun in the private pool – all the while, overlooking the lake. There’s also a large private terraced garden, complete with olive trees – in other words, the perfect spot to sit back with a good book and some local wine.
This villa is located in the exclusive residential area of Gardone Riviera, which has a reputation as one of the most romantic villages of Lake Garda. The lake sits down below and is just a short walk away, so evenings can be spent revelling in nature or enjoying the fine cuisines of the restaurants in the area. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the heart of the village.
It’s the perfect home away from home in a serene location.
