Recently built with exposed stone walls and high-quality materials, the villa is designed to provide a serene retreat with modern amenities. The property spans 250 m² and accommodates up to 8 guests across its three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The ground floor features a spacious living room and a modern kitchen with a dining area. Sliding doors from the living room lead to the first bedroom, which includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The villa is easily accessible, with an interior elevator or external stairs connecting the ground floor to the upper and lower levels.

The villa is in a great location, is well equipped and offers plenty of space. Communication before arrival and during the stay was very good.

Beautiful large house.
A short distance from Verbania, easily accessible, in a residential area but complete privacy. Nice swimming pool and many extra options in the house. With family or extended family an excellent base for a holiday on Lake Maggiore.

Pure enjoyment!
Amazingly beautiful house for a group of 8 friends! Everything is easily accessible by car. Actually no negative points, except that the wifi is not fantastic, but that is not so bad if you are going to see a lot of things in the area. There is a boat rental company nearby. I can definitely recommend a day on a boat on Lago Maggiore! Pure enjoyment!
