Inside the villa, you will find a big living room with a fireplace in its centre, great for evenings when you want to snuggle up with a book or watch TV. The interior has an authentic Italian style, with terracotta tiles, exposed wooden features, and comfortable furnishings giving it a homely feel. If you feel like a bite to eat, the modern kitchen has everything you need to cook up something delicious.

The exterior of this villa feels like an outdoor oasis. Take a dip in the heated pool, complete with an outdoor shower, or soak up the rays in one of the sun-loungers that surround it. The extra-large loggia provides the comfort of the indoors with the open-air space of the outdoors. Here you can indulge in meals al-fresco while enjoying the serene atmosphere. For those seeking romantic moments of solitude, a smaller loggia, with lovely trellises framing the area, is situated at the rear of the villa.

From Villa Bei Gardini, you can access a lovely beach via a private road, in just a ten-minute drive. Villa Bei Gardini sits on the outskirts of Tarquinia, a charming city famous for its ancient history. Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit A damage waiver is included in the rate to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,000. Above €1,000 claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
Arrival time Between 4.00 - 8.00 p.m
Departure time Between 8.00 - 10.00 a.m.
Minimum stay 7 nights from mid-May to mid-September. 5 nights during all other periods.
Changeover day Saturday from mid-May to mid-September. Flexible during all other periods.
End of stay cleaning included? No. €300, paid with the balance. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes.
Energy costs included? Extra €0.45 per kw/h, payable locally.
Heating costs included? Extra cost, payable locally.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
Smoking Allowed? Not allowed.
