Overview
Casa Dei Sogni is nestled in the heart of Le Marche, surrounded by verdant countryside and family-run farms which grow the delicious fresh produce for the nearby markets and restaurants. From here you can immerse yourself in the natural environment and enjoy day trips to the beaches and towns within driving distance.
Outside, the home has rustic brickwork and terracotta roof tiles which are in-keeping with the traditional houses of the area, while indoors the rooms are modern and spacious, offering plenty of room for those travelling with a large group of friends or with the wider family. The villa is set over two floors, with the living space located downstairs. After a busy day, you will be happy to sink in to the comfy sofas or gather together for a meal in the large dining room. Food and drinks can be prepared in the adjacent kitchen which is fully-equipped with all of the crockery and appliances you could need.
When it is time to retire for the night, there are a choice of five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and an extra single bed which would be ideal for those with a little child, while the other rooms all have double beds. There is also a total of six bathrooms available for guests.
As the weather in Le Marche is often warm and dry, you are likely to find yourself spending lots of time outdoors in the garden. A covered dining space is the perfect spot for a barbecue and drinks on the terrace after swimming a few lengths in the private swimming pool.
When you wish to get out and explore Le Marche, you will find stunning open countryside on your doorstep where you can hike, walk and take scenic picnics. Those who enjoy spending time out in the country can also visit the Sibillini Mountain National Park which is 24km away. The park is part of the staggering Apennine mountain range and is somewhere you can take long hikes, go horse riding and even try out rafting.
Le Marche is also home to a huge array of villages and towns you can discover, including the village of Piane di Falerone where the home is located. This small village offers a number of restaurants and bars as well as a Roman theatre and an archaeological museum, so is a fantastic base for those holidaying in Le Marche.
Within 6km of the home you can also uncover the charms of the village of Servigliano which has a wide range of historic sites and a fabulous food scene, as well as the larger town of Montappone.
A little further afield, you can drive to the gorgeous beaches on the Adriatic Coast and the city of Fermo for day trips.
