The house with all his history, the unique location within the vineyards and the 360 view. The gardens have been restored with native plants and an extensive conservation effort to conserve and replant centuries old olive trees has resulted in a non-profit community based initiative that shares and redistributes the harvest. Located in a panoramic position, this home offers a great sense of openness as well as privacy, with wonderful views of the land and the Adriatic in the distance. "A beautiful and thoughtful preservation of structure and land combined with a sophisticated eye for detail has created an chic and inviting retreat. We love the warm neutral palette and interesting collection of authentic modern art and furnishings that harmonizes perfectly with the historic character.

Old monastery from the 18th century. The house is located in the famed Castelli di Jesi area, a quiet and largely undiscovered region of rolling hills, olive groves and vineyards and similar historic villages. Equidistant to the medieval towns of Cupramontana, Aprio, Cingoli and Staffolo, each feature a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as market days for all of the local artisanal bounty.

Little church up the hill with the most amazing view, wine tasting next door cantina Bacelli where you can fill up your bottle of wine straight from the barrel. A true highlight is the beautiful Lake Cingoli, located just five minutes from the house. Less than an hour’s drive is the stunning Riviera del Conero, with its superb collection of beaches and overlooking cliffs.
