Near the picturesque village of Vignale Monferrato, in the Province of Alessandria, Italy, Casa Mantello effortlessly combines rustic charm with modern comforts. This spacious, two-level country home invites you to immerse yourself in the rhythm of the Italian countryside.
As you step inside, the ground floor welcomes you with its open-plan design. The large living and dining room features a relaxed lounge area and dining space, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Adjacent to this, the cosy, smaller living room with a built-in barbecue is ideal for casual evenings. The kitchen, currently well-equipped and soon to be fully renovated, is ready for you to prepare delicious meals with local produce. The ground floor also houses a convenient bathroom and provides direct access to the serene garden. Completed by six comfortable bedrooms, the ground floor has space for everyone to spread out and relax, spending time as a group and enjoying quiet moments of privacy.
Moving upstairs, you will find four bright and spacious bedrooms. Three are adorned with king-size beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, while the quadruple room provides flexible sleeping arrangements for larger families or groups.
Stepping outside, Casa Mantello truly shines. The expansive, fenced garden is an oasis. A short stroll, roughly 150 metres, takes you to the generously sized swimming pool, where sun loungers dot the surrounding deck. As you lounge by the pool, the panoramic sea view stretches out before you, a vast expanse of shimmering blue merging seamlessly with the sky on the horizon. A nearby shower area and bathroom add convenience for poolside afternoons. The panoramic terrace is equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining, ideal for leisurely summer evenings filled with food and laughter.

What you should know…
- Please note that air conditioning is only available in the living room.
- The house will be refurnished during the winter break of 2025/26 with more modern furnishings and a completely new kitchen.
- The swimming pool is located at the far end of the garden, 150 metres from the main house; supervision is required for children.
- We recommend hiring a car to explore this beautiful region.
- Whilst the nearest village is close by, please note that there is no pedestrian path.
