The main floor welcomes you with a cosy living area and a modern kitchen complete with an island. It offers convenient access to the outdoor covered terrace, where you can unwind and savour the tranquillity of the surroundings. Ascend to the first floor to discover another inviting living area and a TV room, perfect for teenagers or guests seeking privacy.
Villa Bolso comfortably accommodates up to ten guests in its five spacious bedrooms. On the main floor, two double-bed bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms with showers, while two additional bedrooms share a generously sized bathroom. A further bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom can be found on the first floor.
Step outside to discover the lush garden and terraces, which provide a breathtaking backdrop of the verdant hills and offer complete seclusion and serenity. Relax in hammocks or sun loungers, gather around the barbecue and fire pit for alfresco dining, or enjoy a leisurely meal at the large table beneath the covered patio, sampling the Piemonte region's exquisite cuisine and renowned wines. A magnificent sixteen-metre swimming pool awaits, offering refreshing dips.
For larger groups, Villa Bolso can be rented alongside Villa Lani, accommodating up to 22 guests. Despite their close proximity, these homes offer privacy and tranquillity, with a mere 3-minute walk separating them.
What you should know…
- Villa Bolso is not recommended for small children and people with walking difficulties because of the hillside rural location and the various steps inside and outside.
- A car is recommended as this property is in a beautiful rural, hillside location; an SUV or 4x4 would be ideal.
- For larger parties, it is possible to rent the sister property, Villa Lani (sleeps ten guests), virtually next door—please follow the links for more information.
- Children should be supervised around the pool.
- The owner has informed us that the pool and main floor bathroom has wheelchair access. However, please contact us before booking so we can discuss individual accessibility requirements with the owner to ensure that this property is suited to your specific needs.
