Overview
Villa Fiorentina is more than just a countryside retreat; it is a place where the charm of rural Italy comes alive, creating an experience that photos can scarcely capture. Nestled amidst the undulating hills of Portacomaro in Italy’s Piedmont region, this exquisite villa offers an enchanting atmosphere that invites you to unwind and savor the beauty that surrounds you.
Originally built in 1905 and meticulously renovated in 2021, this seven-room cottage blends historic charm with modern elegance, providing a serene escape from the everyday. The villa’s interior, with its tasteful furnishings and thoughtful design, exudes warmth and sophistication, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation.
Spread across 300 m² of living space, Villa Fiorentina’s two-storey layout is as spacious as it is inviting. The ground floor features a cosy living room with a TV, a versatile walk-through room with a double sofa bed and shower, and a charming French bedded room that opens directly onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen, with its direct garden access, is ideal for enjoying meals al fresco, surrounded by nature.
Upstairs, the villa continues to impress with a large living room framed by a panoramic window, offering breathtaking views of the rolling countryside. Two additional French-bedded rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-through room with another double sofa bed and shower room, provide ample accommodation for families and friends. With a balcony and two terraces, you will find plenty of spaces to bask in the Italian sunshine, perhaps with a glass of local wine in hand.
Outside, the villa’s private 3,000 m² estate is a haven of tranquility, enveloped by vineyards and trees that enhance the serene ambiance. The elevated position of the villa ensures stunning panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. On warm days, the inviting swimming pool offers a refreshing retreat, with an outdoor shower providing convenience and comfort.
The local area is equally enchanting, with the town of Portacomaro just 2 km away and the historic center of Asti only 12 km from the villa. For those seeking to explore further afield, the renowned city of Alba is a mere 30 km away, perfect for a day trip. Conveniently located near shops and supermarkets, Villa Fiorentina ensures that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Our vacation stay was incredibly beautiful.
Our vacation stay was incredibly beautiful. We all enjoyed it immensely. The house was new and beautifully renovated. Air conditioning everywhere in every room. A real luxury. Good mattresses so we were well equipped to explore the region. The swimming pool was a real bonus. The children had a great time when we stayed for the day. Very good contacts with the owners, they give good tips for eating out and where to go. Super.

Great holiday
The vacation home is ideal for 2 families and offers plenty of space. It has been restored with great attention to detail and is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of the village. We particularly liked the very well-kept garden and the pool. Asti is only about 15 minutes away.

A fantastic vacation home
A fantastic vacation home, located in peace and quiet! The house has been restored fantastically, with respect for the old house, yet with a focus on modern functionality. Air conditioning independent in all rooms, which is incredibly well-functioning. Nice bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen that quickly becomes the setting for socializing. And then the owner has created a fantastic light setup on the grounds that turns on automatically in the evening. Everything is great here! And the hosts have no idea all the good things they have to do. We'll be back...
