- To guarantee safety, around the six-hectare estate, there are forty-six cameras.
- Because it is a massive property with pools, lakes, and bridges, children should always be supervised.
- The owners live in their private home on the estate. Guests will be guaranteed maximum privacy and discretion. The owners may be visible during property maintenance work.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere, inside or outside of the property, due to risk of wildfires.
- While this property is within walking distance of the nearest town and restaurant, part of the walk is along the road.
- The yoga room is available for use under the guidance of a professional yoga instructor or for certified yoga instructors. For those who prefer a more flexible setting, yoga can be freely enjoyed outdoors or in the gym.
- This property can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests. This includes space for two children on the single bed and one guest on the sofa bed in the apartment.

We loved our stay
We loved our stay. The swimming pool is magnificent, the gardens are splendid and the meeting room is well appointed. Perfect for having a good balance between moments of work and rest. Big plus for the fully equipped gym.

Very nice place, beautifully installed and decorated. An exceptional restoration of a 14/15th century wine building, with all modern comforts: sublime swimming pool, 2 SPAS, private hamlet with swimming pool "for lovers", private center for management seminars, rooms and YOGA classes by a professor known throughout the world… 15 beautifully decorated rooms, olive grove and crops in organic production, etc, etc…
Honestly, I tried it without really believing it, but it’s definitely worth the detour!
Rooms: Each room is decorated to evoke a particular universe, notably Yoga, Africa, the great century, art nouveau, etc.
Nearby activities: LECCE (10 km) one of the most beautiful pedestrian towns in Puglia
Safety: Total, fully secure and guarded domain
Noteworthy details: A completely renovated 14th century chapel that can accommodate weddings, baptisms, etc.
