Located in the middle of two acres of olive groves and almond trees, Trullo Ava is the perfect retreat for those looking for a relaxing break. The property is located at the end of a private driveway, giving guests complete privacy. Trullo Ava gives guests the opportunity to experience an authentic yet beautifully refurbished 'trulli' house, a traditional conical-roofed stone house typical of the region. The trullo sleeps up to six adults in its three bedrooms and two additional children in two single beds.
The property has been beautifully and lovingly modernised and has been designed in a minimal, chic style along with features like Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.
Outside, the gardens are just as beautiful with vast space and a private pool. There is also a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue and outdoor oven, the perfect place for alfresco dining while enjoying the tranquil surroundings.

About the surrounding area of Trullo AvaTrullo Ava is situated close to Ceglie Messapica, a charming small town of whitewashed houses and narrow streets located in the province of Brindisi on the edge of the Valle Itria.
The landscape is typical of the area, particularly rich in nature and history. Dotted around the surrounding land are countless trulli as well as ancient farms called Masseria. It is home to dry, stone walls, olive groves, vineyards, and woods with old oaks.
The nearby town of Ceglie is rich in history and culture. It's origins trace back 15 centuries B.C. and was originally part of Magna Grecia (Greater Greece).
Puglia is considered one of the best places to eat in Italy by Italians, and Ceglie Messapica is considered one of the best places to eat in Puglia. There are many restaurants in Ceglie, ranging from simple trattoria to Michelin starred establishments. Many of them will offer some version of what is known as Cucina Povera, literally "poor cooking", derived from a time when the residents of this area of Italy had to make do with simple ingredients and transform them into something more.
Less than half an hour away are the beaches of the Adriatic coast where there are many quiet coves with crystal clear water and long, sandy beaches backed by dunes. A little over half an hour on the other side of the peninsula are the stunning beaches of the Ionian coast where mile upon mile of white sandy beaches extends south to the tip of the heel of Italy.

An absolute recommendation
Very nice, comfortable and clean accommodation on a spacious domain between olive trees, close to the different Apulian sightseeings. The owner takes specific pride in making your stay and visit worthwhile. An absolute recommendation for people who are looking for a nice place to stay in Apulia.

A special holiday
We had a memorable time at your property, it was a very relaxing holiday and you made it so special thanks to your kindness and warm welcome. We felt as if we were at home. We can’t thank you enough for this. We are very thankful to for making Jane’s birthday a special one. Jane was amazed not only by the delicious food you prepared but also by the firework show you organized. She will remember her birthday in Italy forever. What’s more, your company made everything magic, you are two adorable people, Paolo and Marina. Language barriers weren’t strong enough to prevent us from having a great time together, but rather they made us all laugh even more. What Jane found out from this holiday was that Bologna is a city in the north of Italy and not spaghetti Bolognese.
